Schön sauber, man hatte alles was man braucht und es ist geräumig genug.

Great place in an even greater location 👌🏽, close to everything essential and very good connections to greater tokyo Via shinjuku, much better than a small hotel in the same area for a reasonable price!! Washing machine is always nice 👍🏽

Very spacious, lots of storage space and very clean!
Also 20 min walk from Shinjuku, and it’s right between two different metro lines. Very convenient.
Communication with host is also fast and friendly.

Well connected to main areas of Tokyo just a few minutes away from Akebonobashi station , easy to access and instructions were clear, we were provided with everything we needed

This small apartment is super convenient, at first floor level and easily accessible, with a code secured complex entryway and keyed apartment door. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood with a park and several convenient shops, restaurants, and a drug store/pharmacy nearby, and within an easy walk from Akebononbashi subway station. The introductory pdf from the host included simple transit directions from Narita and Haneda as well as photographs of the apartment exterior which aided in confirming when you have arrived as well as a detailed walking route map from the station.
It was perfectly clean, with a very functional induction stovetop, refrigerator, cutlery, cookware and dishes sufficient to prepare our own meals. The en-suite washing machine was perfect for our needs at the tail end of a month long vacation, and the integrated drying vent system contained in the 'ofuro' room was sufficiently effective and negated any need to use the coin laundry around the corner.
The Ofuro (tub) itself was exceptional and the body soap and shampoo/conditioner were excellent and gentle products. The host provided indoor slippers and fluffy bath towels. The installed A/C unit was effective and had a 'shizuka' quiet mode which kept the air fresh during the night without being noisy. Pillows and comforter were very nice.
On a rainy morning we were pleasantly surprised to find umbrellas hanging on the fence right beside the apartment door.
As a place to visit during Golden Week, this location and property were superb, and we look forward to staying here again.
