Covered the basics and nothing fancy but good value for money 👍
Pros:

Location was great, had all the usual amenities and the room I got was spacious.

Cons:

There were several mosquitos in my room (not anyone's fault as such, but I had to take time hunting and swatting them!) and the decor left a lot to be desired. The bathroom suite is an unsightly khaki and the carpet/curtains/duvet all brown. The 3rd floor I was on had a strange burnt smell and the air con unit was quite noisy. I had to wipe the headboard down with my own wipes as there was (hopefully cleaning product!) residue on there...

Convenient location in Okayama
Pros:

Convenient location, close to the castle. Nice facilities, look relatively new.

Cons:

Not a big fan of the bathroom that looked like a mini-container. But this was not an issue at all.
