非常好
Pros:

非常新且干净，配备非常完善的设施。
公共区域的厨房可以做饭，有冰箱、微波炉以及一切需要的东西，而且都是崭新的。餐厅非常大，还有小客厅，每个地方都配备了很合适且干净的桌椅，非常满意！
房间里面空间足够，房东配备了足够的家具，衣架、转换插头、置物柜、床头柜应有尽有。
附近有两间茶室，夜宵非常方便，去其他地方打车或者巴士也都很近。

Perfect for a quick visit with all basic necessities
Pros:

Modern rooms in a bright and newly renovated terraced house. The owner responded quickly to any issues. There's a communal fridge and hot/cold water dispenser. The area is a quiet suburb with a few nice cafes and restaurants. There's a bus stop nearby that can take you directly into town in about 10 mins.

Cons:

I am not a fan of synthetic bedding and the aircon was blowing directly on me which took some time getting used to. There's no free tea or coffee provided. You also have to tell them to clean your room or they will not do it. I heard other guests returning and slamming doors as it echoes in the hallway.
It's all self service, so there will be no one to meet you or give advice about George Town, but this was no issue for me. The outside entrance has leaves, so it didn't give me the overall impression the place is cleaned regularly.

Very clean, quiet place to stay.
Pros:

The property is very clean. We’re happy that they provide drinking water, microwave, fridge, and some kitchenware for guests. It’s quiet at night as well.

Cons:

It would be great if guests were automatically sent instruction to get in the property via email on the arrival date. We were frantic on the day we arrived because we arrived quite late after hospital visit and it’s a self check-in property so no one is there to help.it was our fault for not reading the email that we need to whatsapp first to get the password for the door, but the number was not responded immediately. Luckily we’re able to get in after waiting for awhile.

Tempatnya rapi,bersih,aman,yaman dan dekat dg tempat yg sy tuju persis di belakang GLENEAGLE HOSPITAL

Recommended, nice place well thought out!
Pros:

The concept was fabulous, easy access and egress by the group WhatsApp! Very clean, neat & tidy. The communal area was great with most facilities provided. Extremely local food vendors outside, and a good transport system (bus) on the doorstep to get you around GT although you have to work it out… Room was very basic and clean with showering facilities, aircon & TV.

Cons:

25 minutes outside the main areas of GT but as I said good transport links throughout the city, if you like to walk, perfect! The communal area was great but could have done with a kettle to make tea/coffee, but in fairness it rained heavily one morning and the cleaner provided a umbrella so a trade off in terms of negativity.

Limpio y nuevo
Pros:

Un lugar muy limpio, nuevo, con un baño grande (primero me dieron una habitación con un baño más cerrado, le dije si la podía cambiara a otra con un baño que diera a la calle y me la cambiaron sin problema) y con camas cómodas. EL lugar tiene un fregadero abajo, microondas, vasos, etc. aunque no usé nada, sólo un rato la mesa para trabajar con el ordenador. También hay una máquina de agua fría y caliente, que se agradece.
En general todo perfecto, en una zona con varios restaurantes locales muy buenos, un centro de masajes thaulandés a 5 minutos (masajes de calidad!) y varios centros comerciales cerca. Yo fui andando al centro todas las veces, unos 30 minutos andando, y una vez por la noche volví en GRAB y me costó 2€.
La anfitriona es muy amable, y el personal de limpieza también. No puedo ponerle ni un pero. Gracias!

Cons:

A mi no me importó, de hecho lo valoro más, pero si quieres estar en el centro centro, no es el caso. Aunque, como ya digo, son 30 minutos andando o 2/3€ en Grab o en autobús por 40 céntimos.

조지타운 하고 거니프라자 바투 페링기 해변을 두고 중간에 잡은 숙소였는데 주변은 조용하고 주변에 7-11,yuji mart같은 편의점도 있고 로컬 식당 호커센터도 있고 안에 시설도 깔끔하고 베드버그 없고 셀프 체크인 체크아웃이라 편했고 뜨거운 물도 잘나오고 심플하면서 깔끔해서 좋았습니다
