Pros:

This is a good and spacious apartment at Wyndham Hotel, within walking distance of a metro station. It's very convenient to have free parking, even though I preferred to use public transportation to avoid traffic. I would recommend it to couples interested in easy access to Ibirapuera Park or the Moema neighborhood in general, as well as to anybody intending on using the Metro.

Cons:

Although the apartment is located at Wyndham Hotel, the page on Booking.com did not provide that information, which made getting there a little confusing. When I entered the address on Google Maps the system took me to a different part of town, as Google Maps interpreted the apartment number [422] as the street number. This is something easily fixable which I would recommend to the owners.

The thermostat is in need of fixing; you have to press keys very hard for them to work, and the temperature never got below 23.5 Celsius, even at a lower setting.
