10/10, totally recommend
Pros:

The room was exactly as in the photos, perfect condition. The quality of everything is very high. If you plan to cook, there is everything you need, like pans, pot and dishes. Definitely worth the money!

Goede locatie en schone ruime accommodatie.
Pros:

Kamer 0.2 begane grond grote tweepersoonskamer. Zeer ruim ingedeeld, schoon, eenvoudig inchecken en deur openen met code (zonder sleutel).

Cons:

Zeer klein minpuntje is een iets te kleine kluis (iPad past er niet in) en kluis is niet met elektronische code, maar met sleutel.

Ein angenehmes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, alles sauber. Die Lage ist etwas am Anhang. Zum Strand, in die Innenstadt und zum Castillo sind es jeweils 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.

Déception ultime !

Nous avons réserver la chambre double pour deux personnes sans plus d’information.
Notre déception fu grande quand nous sommes arrivés dans une chambre au Rez de chaussée donnant face aux containers sur le trottoir de la rue donc ramassage très bruyant à 5h, avec l’impossibilité d’ouvrir les rideaux et les fenêtres pour la lumière du jour et aérer la chambre..
Nous avons séjourner 3 nuits dans une chambre qui sentait le renfermer sans service de chambre …
Par ailleurs il était indiqué une piscine sur le rooftop on appellerait plus cela une baignoire même pas chauffé !
La literie était beaucoup trop dur.
Enfin le service de dépose bagage se trouve à plus de 20 minutes à pied donc absolument pas pratique.
Les autres chambres des le 1er étage possède toutes un extérieur donc sont probablement mieux mais pour notre part nous avons eu l’impression de nous faire arnaquer et nous ne reviendrons pas !

Schöne Lage und ruhiger Aufenthalt mit Verbesserungspotenzial beim Pre Check-in
Pros:

Das Hotel in Alicante hat insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht, vor allem durch seine gute Lage und die ruhige Atmosphäre.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und wichtige Orte bequem zu Fuß innerhalb von etwa 25 Minuten erreichbar sind. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich schön, und der Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon aus war ein echtes Highlight. Zudem war das Hotel angenehm ruhig, was für eine entspannte Stimmung gesorgt hat. Auch der Self-Check-in per Code hat reibungslos funktioniert und war sehr praktisch.

Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel mit klaren Stärken bei Lage und Komfort, aber deutlichem Optimierungsbedarf beim digitalen Check-in-Prozess.

Cons:

Verbesserungsbedarf gibt es allerdings beim Pre-Check-in-Prozess. Dieser hat auf dem Mobilgerät überhaupt nicht funktioniert und war extrem zeitaufwendig. Leider wurde seitens des Anbieters bzw. Hotels keine hilfreiche Lösung angeboten, was den Start des Aufenthalts unnötig erschwert hat.

Excellent Would recommend Super clean .
Pros:

Fabulous apartment, Really top notch interior. The staff are amazing responsive and helpful. It is a central location but a good 10 -12 minute walk up and down hills. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Cons:

The bathrooms are glass. Possibly some more privacy coating needed especially in the master bedroom. But again really modern and well kitted out. Not a negative just an observation.
