Experiência incrível com um atendimento impecável.
Pros:

Localização maravilhosa com uma praia pequena particular, uma vista maravilhosa.
A infraestrutura do hotel é incrivel, e o atendimento impecável. Equipe muito atenciosa, em particular a Chiara (que fala português) nos deu várias dicas de lugares para visitarmos.
Perto do centro de Cefalú e com estacionamento privativo.

A dream hotel
Pros:

It’s a perfect hotel. Gorgeous, comfortable beds in spacious rooms, the staff is kind and attentive, the grounds are spotless, food delicious and a wide variety of drinks to choose from. The pool and the swimming area are picture perfect. There is more than enough room so no worry about getting a lounge chair with a nice view. It was quiet and beautiful. Close enough to walk into town. An excellent place to soak up the sun and relax!

Cons:

I suppose it could be closer to Palermo airport! Actually, there is nothing that could make this hotel better. It’s perfect.

5 star luxury in a beautiful setting
Pros:

There was a real atmosphere of intimate luxury - from the breathtaking pool area to the sumptuous dining facilities. Breakfast was a particular highlight and the staff were exceptional.

Cons:

The location necessitates a 25 minute walk into town for evening entertainment. A shuttle service would have been helpful and is provided in high season apparently. The evening food offering at the hotel is either very high-end fine dining (which was a real treat) or pretty basic bar snacks so most people had to head into Cefalu.

Fiquei encantado com a localização privilegiada do hotel, com vistas deslumbrantes para o mar. A piscina é simplesmente magnífica, perfeita para relaxar ao pôr do sol. O staff foi extremamente atencioso e prestável em todos os momentos, tornando a estadia ainda mais especial.

Romantic place to stay in Cefalu
Pros:

Hotel desk staff was attentive and kind. Our room which one on the ground floor by the pool was fantastic. It was super clean, bathroom was a good size, and pool was very accessible. Loved that the Old Town part of Cefalu was within walking distance (20 min. walk). We enjoyed the pool, the gym, the late night piano music at the bar.

Pros:

This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are extremely comfortable. There’s a beautiful pool and the view of the ocean is just stunning. The service is impeccable and it’s a nice walk to a cute little town. Highly recommend.

Overall a nice stay, comfortable bed and great breakfast. Beautiful outdoor area by the pool.

Cons:

Room (cabin) a little on the smaller side, expected more space. Badly missing a doormat, in rainy weather the floor became quite dirty very soon. Special key to gate that had to be opened both from inside and out was a bit of an unnecessary hassle. Especially since it is not providing security as it is very easy to get by if intended, stepping through some trees.

The location to the sea is unbeatable, very clean rooms, lovely pool, and really excellent food at Calette Reef restaurant!

Cons:

It felt like the staff treated us differently for having the “cheapest” room, which was still quite expensive for us! They were cold and not helpful with many things - with the exception of the servers at Calette Reef, they were lovely. All in all, it did not feel like a 5-star resort or worth the high price tag.
