The location to the sea is unbeatable, very clean rooms, lovely pool, and really excellent food at Calette Reef restaurant!

Cons:

It felt like the staff treated us differently for having the “cheapest” room, which was still quite expensive for us! They were cold and not helpful with many things - with the exception of the servers at Calette Reef, they were lovely. All in all, it did not feel like a 5-star resort or worth the high price tag.

This was easily the best hotel we have ever stayed in where the hotel stay go over and above to ensure you have a fantastic stay. The property is superb with great access to the beach and pool as well as the restaurant in the evening. We wish we could have stayed longer

Pros:

Very lovely hotel with lovely facilities. We enjoyed being around the pool and especially the sun bed and lunchtime area overlooking the sea. We were extremely happy as they offered us an upgrade, which was much appreciated.
They also helped to provide private transport to our next location and that service was excellent. We were very happy with their service. We are planning to return.

Cons:

We just thought it a bit strange that when we had a drink around the pool area, I would have expected a few olives or nibbles, not that I needed them, just noticed that other places we stayed did.
Also, the toilets in the bar area, were not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel, which was beautiful done.

We enjoyed to the fullest!
Pros:

The hotel is clean and aesthetic, and the staff members were kind. The hotel facilities are amazing, especially the private beach. On Sundays, the public beach is so packed that having a private beach is essential.

Cons:

We wanted a lot for the luggage transfer

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Stunning hotel. Food and service was great. I’d say it’s slightly over priced but it’s definitely a beautiful hotel. The reef club, pool and private cove are amazing.

Cons:

They need to improve their barmen/ women. They cannot make any cocktails. I ordered various different drinks and they were absolutely awful. I actually returned a few. Ordered a porn star martini, it arrived and looked like a glass of rosé. Un-drinkable. For a 5* resort the drinks should be amazing. They need to review this.

Idyllic setting and superb facilities
Pros:

The hotel and facilities were stunning and in a very picturesque location. The staff were incredibly obliging, the facilities were exceptional and the room was a great size. A highlight was their beach club area. The day beds were huge and overlooked an idyllic bay with a step ladder into the water. Drinks and food could be readily delivered to your lounge or alternatively you could eat at the restaurant overlooking the water. The hotel was approx a 5 min ride into town via taxi or an easy 20min walk.

Cons:

Unfortunately our air conditioning broke down the first night (didn't work at all) and we were moved to an equivalent room the following day and received a complimentary bottle of sparkling and an apology note. Whilst we accept that erroneous incidents can happen, we were disappointed that this occurred and would question the quality of the hotel's maintenance schedules.

Great food, good facilities. Standard room was quite small
Pros:

Great breakfast, good restaurant attached. We didn’t go to the fancy one, just the standard dinner - food was good. Good facilities - beach club and the club nearer to the hotel.

Cons:

Bear in mind to get into town it’s a 20 min walk uphill or a car journey.
Our first room (the standard double) was actually quite small and dark.
