Excellent value for money!
Pros:

Excellent value for money, everything was clean, staff were helpful. Surrounding areas were so pretty. The room was so cheap we were worried that the photos may be fake but actually everything was great! The pool area was so nice to relax in we would’ve stayed longer if we could.

Cons:

Nothing, there were some bugs in the room after some time but that is to be expected if you want to stay near nature.

Great value for money
Pros:

This property is situated in the middle of a farm in a part of Goa that still has its old school charm present. If you're wanting to be close to the beach and have a vehicle at your disposal, this place is great value for the money you spend. The rooms are clean, everything works, they provide you water and a refillable bottle during the stay. They have an open space to workout on the terrace with weights, blocks and yoga mats which is excellent. The pool is well maintained. Please do not expect hotel-like services, the staff was happy to clean my room on request.

Cons:

outside the property, you'll always find some locals fishing, while I didn't mind that there are also some people who get together to share a drink outside this property in the evening. While they were harmless, it did make me feel a bit uncomfortable so just putting it out there.

Pros:

I went with my sister, and we ended up extending our stay because it’s such a beautiful place, very central and calm. What we liked the most was the staff: super friendly and always ready to help. It felt like family, and we felt very safe. :)

Amazing, home away from home
Pros:

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed and made to feel at home. All the staff were super attentive and a huge shout out to Amit the chef :)
Loved the lush green surroundings and the yoga space on the terrace. Our room had everything we needed, not a big space but adequate for me and my sister and it's perfect for the price you pay.

Cons:

Little away from the beach but there is a short cut they will tell you about.

Pros:

La proprietà è completamente circondata da verde, palme e natura, il che è meraviglioso e regala pace e armonia durante il soggiorno. La piscina è molto curata, è la terrazza e’ magnifica .
Il letto è un king-size e di una comodità incredibile.
Il ristorante offre cibo buonissimo, e le persone che si prendono cura del posto sono davvero cordiali e simpatiche. Ritornerò sicuramente.
