Cons:

I booked a night with a friend, weeks in advance from the 18th to the 19th of February. The booking was open and and possible. They even send me a message on booking to pay extra, because we planned to arrive between 5 and 6pm.
On the D day, doors were shut, lights off, reception closed, no one there at all.
I called. They were not open because of tet, which I get of course. But why letting me book a room and wait for me to call you when I’m in front of your place to tell me you’re close ? That is bad service and management.

I’m lucky it was « only 6 » so I could book something else fast.

Most definitely would book again
Pros:

Property is in an excellent position close to all local amenities with train station on the doorstep

Cons:

Cons:

The room in which they offer to move in is different from the room on the website.
Instead of 2 separate beds, 1 bed is provided - in a separate room without sunlight.
From the window of the room there is a view of the road repair.
The room is smoky.
Everything is stained and streaked: bed linen, table, urn, shelves, walls.
There was no hot water in the evening.
The Internet is weak.
