A little too rundown for $150

Pros:

Staff were great and location is close to the airport.

Cons:

I could not turn the AC fan to “always on” and was continually awakened by being too cold or too hot as the fan cycled on and off. As a result I was exhausted in the morning and would not stay there again. Maybe some people don’t mind as much.

It was fine.
Pros:

Had trouble getting tv to work properly. Desk clerk finally came and got it working.

Cons:

Very short hand. Check in was at 4 didn't check in until 6. No housekeepers.

good location, clean room.
Pros:

good. The food was good, the selections were good.

Cons:

I had to wait in the lobby for my room to be ready for 2 hours after arrival because the clerk said they housekeeping was understaffed.
When I checked out there was no clerk at the front desk. I had to search and find a manager in her office.
The clerk was nice though and compensated me with snacks.

Decent price and room was clean.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Roads to site were challenging. Good assisted parking.

We didn’t get any sleep . They weren’t hard…. They were lumpy… I have slept on ground that was more comfortable.

The bed! I have never before had a bed in any Hilton establishment that I haven’t been able to sleep on.
My husband and I were unable to sleep AT ALL. The beds in room 208 needed to be replaced! They were beyond lumpy they were worn out!

Catherine was wonderful at checkin and beyond. We appreciated the prayer card in the room also.
Pros:

We were there for a hospital stay and had to leave the hotel too early for breakfast.

Cons:

We missed having a microwave in the room, but there were microwaves available in the lobby for our use.
