Cons:

When we checked in, we turned our air conditioner down to 67° to make it comfortable upon returning for the evening. Our air conditioner never called the room below 74 and sometimes up to 77°. When speaking with the front desk staff, there was no resolution other than to move to another floor that was also out. I would like a refund or some sort of compensation. This was the worst trip we made ever never go back.

La ubicación

Cons:

Primero, a las 19 de la noche se encendió la alarma de incendio. Estábamos en un piso 6 y comenzamos a bajar las escaleras, al llegar a PB nos indican que no era nada. En él transcurso del incidente nadie del hotel nos dijo nada ni que había pasado. Luego al realizar el check out se dañó el elevador y tuvimos que bajar 4 maletas por las escaleras desde el piso 6 y nadie del hotel pudo ayudar por más que llamamos a recepción. Pésimo servicio
