Perfect stay. All positives.
Pros:

Facilities was built to a modern standards, great place to be for a couple. Staff are very accommodating, despite the slight language barrier. Would recommend.

Cons:

Access to location is on a steep hill however the view point looking at Mt Fuji is fantastic, the hotel does offer shuttle bus service back to Kawaguchiko station.
