de matras van het bed

Cons:

1. Kamers waar men opgesloten zit en men zich met moeite kan in bewegen, laat staan reiskoffers plaatsen
2. Eten dat niet te doen was, barslecht.
3. Driepersoonskamer en in de locker van de skiruimte slechts plaats voor materiaal van twee personen.
4. Onmogelijk detail te bekomen van de afrekening van consumaties via MMV kaart. Er is geen enkele controle op de aangerekende consumaties mogelijk. Kunnen dus aanrekenen wat ze willen.
5. Afstand naar pistes valt tegen

Pros:

All inclusive, ski shop on site, ski lockers on site, very nice and dedicated staff, amazing views, spa, shows every night, games, very cosy lobby/bar/shows area

No exactly down the slope, little bit of a walk, but close enough

We are not visiting for the first time, so we already know what to expect. Since we go there almost every Christmas, it is okay.

Cons:

From an international perspective, it may not truly be a four-star hotel.

Comfortable rooms and comfort food.
Pros:

Comfortable room, excellent storage locker/ room for skis. Adequate variety of food. Chef made the effort to check what was gluten-free if he didn't immediately know or was unsure- appreciated.; staff did the same when the chef was not there - also appreciated for making that effort.

Cons:

Sauna/ spa were not hot; staff advised on day 1 of this and seemed indifferent. On day 5 we checked again and the sauna and spa were still not hot! Seems nothing was done. Spa/hot tub is underwhelmingly small for the size of the cllub.

Getting to/from the lifts from this property takes an effort and is not as easy as from their sister property.

The quality of the wine - vin ordinaire cask wine - hasn't changed in 20 yrs.

Pros:

Lots of food. Warm. Room was good. Ski room was great. Tea and cake every day was lovely.

Cons:

Ski in ski out would have been great. The road from the car park to the lifts was icy each morning. The exit from the car park to the road needed clearing as it became icy.

Pros:

The staff were friendly, clean hotel room and towels changed three times during our stay. The restaurant was always clean and had good choices for vegetarians.

Cons:

Sometimes the restaurant food was cold but this can be expected from a hotel buffet.

Pros:

Close to slopes.

Cons:

no room cleaning, had to ask for towels 3rd, room only cleaned once a week ? terrible food, rude and unhelpful staff. arrived late due to cancelled train. emailed ahead for no one to be aware of anything. had to go to the bar and get someone’s attention. ski hire only open 2 hours in morning. reception at first said they couldn’t help , was not until causing a fuss they mentioned one down road may be able to help. so we did not use ski hire in hotel after all. les arcs is great , do not stay here though.

overall I liked the hotel , the staff and the food !
Pros:

the food and the people working at the reception , the entertainers and the food was excellent !!!

Cons:

I had to remind the cleaners to clean my bathroom and change my towels and on few occasions they left me with no towels the whole evening . the cleaning was at 5.30 when I was back from skiing and wanted to rest ! terrible !!!also the spa wasn’t working for few days and when I went once I have been seen by the person who is working at the spa but he didn’t say that it is not working and I undressed myself , put the swimming costume on and I was surprised that all facilities were closed and he didn’t say a word !!!
