Pros:

地點絕佳，鄰近超市及便利商店，新裝修，兩間廁所，除了洗衣機，還附洗碗精及洗衣精，房間空間大，三個行李箱都可以完全攤開，不影響行走。

交通方便、設備齊全，適合家庭親子住宿。
Pros:

1. 住宿地點超方便，走幾步路就到押上站了，
2. 對面就是晴空塔，走幾步路就可逛街。
3. 房間內設施齊全，有洗衣機、微波爐、IH爐。
4. 有2間廁所。
5. 附近還有 Life 超市, 開到晚上24點，方便採買。

1. 如果能再有一台烤箱的話，就完美了。
2. 床和地板的高度差有點高。

Excellent except for the last night. Those who are light sleeper, you might want to think twice..
Pros:

The location as well as the condition of the house exceeded our expectation. In addition, it very accessible for those who came directly from Narita as the Keisei Line is just in front of the house. Nearby there are also 7E and a supermarket. Check-in was done smoothly with no problem at all. Highly recommended.

Cons:

Our only complaint is that the house is not sound-proof at all. Our room is at the 1st floor and we can hear every movement from the people upstairs. On the last night we were there, the people upstairs was dragging the furniture until around 2.00 am. The person also kept walking loudly and dragging chairs starting from 6.00 am. Since we were so tired and need to check out early in the morning, we don't have time to call the owner and complaint.

Not recommended at all for those who are light sleepers.

とても満足です！
Pros:

・立地が良い
・とてもおしゃれで清潔
・大人数、子ども連れで宿泊できるのがとても有り難かった
・質問した時の対応が迅速でとても助かった
・洗濯乾燥機と洗剤があってよかった
・トイレが２つあるのがよかった
・全員が座れる大きなダイニングテーブルがあり、食事ができてよかった

Cons:

特になかったが、
・バスタブがあったら嬉しい。
・子ども連れで宿泊できてとてもよかったが、上の寝床の柵？の隙間が大きく注意が必要だった。(上に登れて子どもたちはとても喜んで気に入っていました！)

廚房設備簡單但是足夠使用，床鋪舒適乾淨，冰箱夠大可以放很多東西，2個馬桶足夠我們一家5口使用，洗脫烘衣機很方便，浴室備品充足。房東回覆問題迅速，讓人放心。地理位置超級讚，離押上站走路2分鐘，有電梯搬運行李沒問題，地鐵可直達羽田機場和成田機場

Very good accommodation for family to stay
Pros:

Convenient location just a stone throw from Tokyo Sky Tree and the 7-11 is just right behind. Very well equipped accommodation and like the washing dryer machine and the vacuum cleaner for longer stay

Cons:

We stayed on the ground floor so the footsteps sounds from above unit is very loud

Pros:

This is a very well located property right near Tokyo Skytree, which has a shopping centre, a bus depot and a train station which leads directly to Narita Airport. The property itself is very spacious, with 3 double beds and 2 large singles. It comes fully equipped and is very clean. The washer/dryer combo was very handy to have. It also has 2 toilets. There is a 7-eleven right near the property as well.

Cons:

It was quite pricey, but maybe that was because we booked near Christmas.

A perfect place to stay at Osiage
Pros:

The location is the best. Less than 5 min walk to the subway station, less than 3 min to Tokyo Skytree Town, and less than 30 seconds to a 7-11.
The apartment was clean and cozy. We had all the necessities and facilities that we needed.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike (although having more plates and utensils for larger groups would be more beneficial)
