Location and value
Pros:

I liked the lo ation close to Oshiage station, I liked the comfortable beds, the kitchen, washer and the second separate toilet. Really great stay.

Pros:

This felt like a seamless, contactless apartment stay, and overall, it was a fantastic 3-day experience. I’d highly recommend it if you have the chance to stay here.

The property manager was very communicative via Booking.com both before and during the stay and after, which made everything smooth and easy. The three beds were spacious (I believe they were full size), which worked out perfectly for our group of three. Each bed had their own nigh light and plugs. The layout included both a half bathroom and a full bathroom with a washer, and the separate shower room within the full bathroom was a great touch—it helped keep everything clean and contained.

The amenities were thoughtful and well-stocked, including quality soap products, toothbrushes, and two sets of towels per person. The kitchen had everything we needed as well, with cookware, a microwave, stove, and refrigerator. They had a manual that had all the FAQs and couple of supportive information on where to find storage locations. I was also impressed with their packet about the location before you arrived. Had a very detailed information on how to use all the amenities and a step-by-step guide from the train station to the property.

The location was excellent. Right across from Skytree and the mall, with a nearby supermarket as well. The neighborhood felt safe, with several dining spots that added some liveliness without feeling sketchy. There’s also a 7-Eleven just behind the property, which was very convenient.

Originally, I was hoping to stay closer to the Yamamoto Line for easier access to central districts, but this location worked out great. It only added about 10–15 minutes of travel time, and the nearest train station was just a 5-minute walk away. I appreciated that it was away from the chaos but at the same time had stuff to do surrounding it.

Cons:

This isn’t unique to this property, but like many places, it uses a motion-sensor light near the front door. I noticed that if I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, opening the hallway door would trigger the light and it could spill into the bedroom/living area. I wasn't sure if there was as a switch to turn it off. It made me a bit concerned about waking others, so it’s something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper or sharing the space. Additionally, you can hear footsteps and louder noises from upstairs if the occupants aren’t mindful.

The half bathroom also didn’t have a mirror, which was a bit surprising since there’s a cabinet where one would typically be. It would have been helpful to have a mirror there, especially so one person could get ready while another is using the full bathroom.

These are relatively minor inconveniences overall. My group really enjoyed the location—we were out most of the day and came back just to rest/sleep so none of these were deal breakers.

Pros:

まず清潔で、6人でも部屋が広く感じられました。
充分な量のタオルと広い机、椅子がありとても快適でした。近くにスカイツリーやスーパー、コンビニがありロケーションやアクセスも良かったです。
こちらの利用の仕方に問題が無ければ、是非また利用させて頂きたいです。

地點在晴空塔旁，有多近呢！就是過馬路就到晴空塔的近，而且隔壁就7-11、附近也有超市，房東回應也很迅速。下次來一定還會住這裡

2. 對面就是晴空塔，走幾步路就可逛街。
3. 房間內設施齊全，有洗衣機、微波爐、IH爐。
4. 有2間廁所。
5. 附近還有 Life 超市, 開到晚上24點，方便採買。

1. 如果能再有一台烤箱的話，就完美了。
2. 床和地板的高度差有點高。
