El precio

Cons:

Las habitaciones con balcón dan a una calle con mucho tráfico. La puerta del balcón deja entrar muchísimo ruido (no bien insonorizado). Si sabría esto no hubiese escogido este hotel. Aún durmiendo con tapones no evitas escuchar ruidos de otras habitaciones y los coches de la calle.

Better than expected
Pros:

Clean. Bed was also comfortable. I really appreciate the shower, had good pressure and shampoo was not the usual hospital shampoo you normally get in hotels. Also how they set up the parking is good as well. Small details like that I appreciate.

Cons:

The lift is not suitable. It’s extremely slow and not logical if only 3 people can fit in at once. Better to use the staircase since it’s only 3 floors.

Also the aircon should be improved and / or cleaned, barely could feel that it’s cold.

The staff is helpful.

Cons:

The hotel room is very small, not able to walk after opening a small hand carry luggage. The bathroom is small, with a standing shower and wet the toilet paper roll. Have never imagined such a small room in Malaysia. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room is not cold at all and didn't sleep well. My room was the second from the staircase, every morning around 7am, there was loud noise when the staff moving around kicking off the cleaning work.

Noise Disturbing our Rest / Sleep
Pros:

The location and cleanliness.

Cons:

Our room #216 is too close to the trash / rubbish bins location, the collection truck came about midnight (check in date: 22/12/2025 - check out 24/12/2025), too disturbing during our rest hours, the noise from the water tap next room(#215) was too loud when the guest turned on the water tap.

No doubt it’s in a strategic location but can’t wait to get out of the room.

Cons:

Room windows are old fashioned and cannot view outside. Coz if I opened there’s condensation. That’s equivalent to a room without windows. Very uncomfortable

I love it
Pros:

The location is superb, there are 2 cafe downstairs, so it is very easy to eat. Pretty close to attractions in Penang like Padang Kota Lama, Kapitan Macalister Road etc

Cons:

Lift is unique which is not the normal lift but the hotel have stairs so if you are young and healthy, just use the stairs. TV is hard to navigate but I was fine not using it so not a major issue, as long as the room is super clean and comfy for my 2 nights stay, I am more than happy

Everything perfect.
Pros:

Location near to the hospital, the bed perfectly comfortable. AC functioning nicely.

Lift bit scary. But it's safe. Hehe.
