Pros:

Rooms were clean and the service was fast.. staff was good and cooperative. Dinner was served to room when asked and was tasty

Cons:

Breakfast was not up to mark. It was cold. All the items were kept open that were not good.

Cons:

Staff was disinterested and guests seemed to be an inconvenience to pretty much everyone working there. Garbage was being carried in the same lift as guests considering there was only one lift and the stench was percolating everywhere. Shower had no shower curtain - bucket was unclean, shower head was unclean. FOMO lounge needs a special mention for the rude staff they have! There was only gentleman serving us breakfast the next morning who was really kind and sweet but he was the only one.
Breakfast spread was strictly ok.

Pros:

Our rooms were not ready and as mentioned by the reception staff our rooms were given to someone else . The rooms given to us were not cleaned properly, no hot water , tv remote not working , no soap , we had to get the rooms cleaned next day again . Bf was ordinary and no tea cups were available at the buffet we were given tea in disposable small cups , food was cold too . Our room service food given was not covered , we were so unhappy that we felt like shifting the hotel . What the hotel looks in website it’s not that
