Loved Everything and everyone who works there. They are just beautiful people who who work hard to make your stay as comfy and memorable as they can. Worth every penny and can't wait to be back. Location and staff restaurant and breakfast as well as finne, whole hotel in general. Can't name one staff as that'd be unfair as they all were just brilliant and very attentive. Thank you guys
Nothing, everything was almost perfect
Breakfast was lovely. But staff let all down. Waited about15 mins before they came for our order. Another 20 minutes before it arrived. Then they got it all wrong. Tea was cold. Asked for wheaten bread . Brought toast and then brought apple n cinnamon bread which we both dislike. And there only about 4 other couples in the room.

The property is in an amazing location, with great facilities and amazing staff . Jack and Nicholas in particular really made our stay amazing and made us feel very welcomed!

Same in every hotel, why they put scrambled eggs on toast. Toast only becomes soggy. Scrambled eggs were good.
Only a small thing. My wife asked if she could have the starter, which was crab and smoked salmon, without the smoked salmon just the crab meat. I think the chef just took the smoked salmon off but put no extra crab meat on instead of the salmon.

Everything hotel, food, staff, friendly attentive . On arrival Dasha met us in reception and from then our hospitality was second to none.She was so helpful and guided us about eating in restaurant, Reserving tables and helping us in anyway she could . Breakfast is exceptional as all the food was and very reasonable. The hotel cleanliness in general is 5 star all day long cant be faulted.
Maybe a fridge in the suite we had but that cant be a negative
The Location, the people, the beautiful room and excellent food. This was a repeat visit and I hope to return in the future.

It’s a lovely boutique hotel in the center of Dungloe. Easy to walk to restaurants and pubs. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent! The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Next time we are in Dungloe we will definitely stay here. Highly recommend!
