Pros:

Tolles Hotel! Neu renoviert oder sogar Neubau. Gut fanden wir, dass es viele Steckdosen hat. Gemütlicher Innenhof. Sehr nettes Personal an der Reception

Cons:

Grosses Zimmer aber keine Möglichkeit die Koffer zu stellen. Auch das Badezimmer gross, aber wenig Abstellfläche. Servicepersonal im Restaurant/Innenhof nicht sehr aufmerksam und teilweise unfreundlich

Pros:

The hotel manager Jack was very accommodating and Ashling was a lovely helpful girl who went out out her way to help us. The food was lovely. The Margo suite was gorgeous , so comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Room needs a full length mirror 😉

Could easily be an 8/9 if a few tweaks were made.
Pros:

The staff were helpful, breakfast was nice. Great bathroom/ shower. Comfy bed. Air con was good. Toilets down stairs by reception are nicely decorated and clean.

Cons:

The cigarette butts all over the steps outside, missing lightbulbs 💡 in the corridors, very thin walls- I could hear every word from next door. The lack of warmth and detail in corridors upstairs, some plants/ flowers on the tables or mirrors… there was a travel cot just sitting in the stairs… maybe some cushions and throws on the tired sofa. This place has STACKS of potential.

Excellent hotel to explore Donegal
Pros:

Modernised hotel with great facilities in an excellent location to explore Donegal. The breakfast and evening meals were very good and the pizza and steak nights were really good and excellent value.
Air con in warmer weather really helps - the staff were always very helpful.
Great place to explore the area - Tramore Strand was an amazing deserted beach - Glenveagh and Slieve Liege also great

Pros:

The food was great, breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had problems with the hot water in our room and got upgraded to a suite. Everyone was gracious and easy going, and we really enjoyed our time here.
