Pros:

とても良いホテルです。

サービス朝ごはんも充分なクオリティです。

フロントの女性たちが少々つっけんどんな感じです。
いやな感じはないです。
ホテルへのマイナスではありませんが、ブッキングドットコムのサイトでは、予約する部屋スタイルが「スタジオ一室貸切、シングルベッド1台、トイレ浴室付き」となっていました。宿泊日直前でスタジオだろうとガレージだろうと眠れればどうでもええわ、と予約しましたが、普通のシングルルームでした。
ややこしい記述はやめなはれ。

スタッフさんの感じが良く、建物は新しくはないが、しっかり掃除されていて清潔感がある。

駅近ホテルでの単なる宿泊
Pros:

駅から近い点。

Cons:

受付でかなり待たされた。コンサート開催日や予約状況で混雑は予測できるにもかかわらず、受付は2名しかおらず、誘導も気が利かず残念だった。オンライン予約の利点もなかった。
朝食も狭いコーナーで大勢でとらされ、メニューも大したことのないパン食のみ。これをサービスだと思っているのだろうか。朝食コーナーでもスタッフがちょろちょろ動き目障りだった。
料金が5,000円程度のビジネスホテルなら分かるが、とにかくひどい。

目的の場所に近くて、最高
Pros:

前回滞在した時より、パンの種類も増えて、おかわりしました。
チェックアウトして、階段に向かう時に男性のスタッフさんが、ゴミを捨てに行くところで、私のスーツケースをさりげなく一階まで運んでくれました。
そんなに重くもなかったのですが、その心遣いに感謝です。
