It was a wonderful stay.
Pros:

It was a wonderful place to rest after a long beach day, very comfortable and clean. There was a hot tub on the back porch that I did not expect. It is a great location just minutes from many Cocoa Beach hotspots. I will definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

Cons:

Ceiling fan in master bedroom was a little lose and squeaked.

We had a great, peaceful, beach vacation.
Pros:

The whole experience was great. Check-in was easy. The place was very clean and decorated nicely. The area was pretty quiet for being right off the highway. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

There are now dressers and were only a handful of hangers. It would be nice to have a few hangers in each of the closets.

The location. The general equipment was good. A comfortable to stay

Cons:

The AC failed. Not the owners faut and they worked every day to fix it, which they did on the last day of our stay

We enjoyed our stay. If we had to stay more than 2 nights, we would probably go somewhere else.
Pros:

We liked the modern decor, the showers were great. Beds were decent. We enjoyed the patio outside. It was pretty clean.

Cons:

There was no coffee pot. The kitchen counters were granite and there were crumbs and something sticky like they had not been cleaned.
It got pretty warm during the day. We were unable to turn the AC down.

Nice place to stay just a little hot inside the unit
Pros:

It was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood close to beach

Cons:

They don’t let u change the AC and it was very hot and even the people who owns the property wouldn’t change or turn the ac down they have a code on it and I personally feel like I spent my money renting from here I should be able to adjust the ac to a comfortable level for me and my family while there

Overall our stay was decent, the roach instances threw me for a loop but I understand they’re common in Florida.
Pros:

We liked how close it was to the beach. The amenities were nice but not white as glamorous as described on the website. The chairs for the beach were also a nice touch! The kitchen and separate bathrooms were also great, as well as the laundry room.

Cons:

I didn’t like the broken outlets around the house. There were TWO instances where a big red roach ran across the kitchen floor. The master bathroom door did not lock. The silverware in the kitchen had dried food stuck to them.

Had an amazing stay super close to the beach. Beach chairs and umbrellas a plus and chairs to sit outside.
Pros:

Place was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed.
