The location is great for anyone who likes fishing as it’s easy accessible. There are restaurants at walking distance and on the property if you wish to dine in-house. We enjoyed seeing the fireworks from our room and the restaurant had a party happening for New Year’s Eve. We stayed for 5 nights and only a king bed, the mattress was in good condition and the water pressure was good considering we stayed on the top floor.
Our room was in between 2 others, so you can hear the other guests. We didn’t have hot water on 2 out of the 5 days. There is no ceiling light and the visibility in the room is very low. The electrical outlet under the ac unit didn’t work and the other wall outlet was worn out. The electrical outlet cover where the ac is plugged in is broken, which presents a safety issue for young kids and pets as I believe is a pet friendly hotel. One window blind is damaged. There is no beach access due to erosion, which was disappointed. But we didn’t ask either if there was beach access.

Our room was on the second floor. Navigating the stairs would have been easier with a handrail! Also, our room was very dark. A lamp would have been great as the night light behind the TV did nothing to illuminate the room.

Nothing..working with pay pal to get a refund..open case..booking shouldn't represent a place like this..won't use booking again..btw booking was more expensive, than reserving directly through. Won't use booking again
The hotel
It is a hazard with exposed electric plug..no light in room except a lamp, soap container in bathroom tub broken with exposed screws very sharp, broken chain on door, blinds broken, rust on everything...stairs treads in hazardous condition, handrails with blood on them, soiled bedding! Rust everywhere...This place should be condemned! I have photos if you would like them! It wasn't aware that the beach was closed until we got there because it was under construction.
