Pros:

The staff were friendly

Cons:

The hotel is very old. The toilet door is very noisy and difficult to open and close. The location is very poor. Dirty streets and smelly drainage system .

A good stay
Pros:

Location is great and it’s a nice historic building. Light didn’t work in the bathroom, the room basically doesn’t have a window as it just opens out to a small alley where you can only see a wall, bed was a bit springy. Staff were friendly but not particularly informative. There’s a pool and a common room with an AC and a water dispenser at the back that they could have mentioned.

La ubicación y el personal son maravillosos, muy amables y muy bien situado, cerca de todo lo importante. El hotel tiene encanto con un estilo característico.

Cons:

La piscina no estaba para bañarse, el agua muy turbia.

La habitación era cómoda, con encanto y con aire acondicionado. Además, ofrecían kit de accesorios de higiene personal. A pocos minutos, estabas en las calles del casco antiguo de George Town.
