お安くて良かったです。

リーズナブルで必要十分！
Pros:

夜も朝も驚くほど静かでした。設備は十分にそろっていました。清潔感がありました。夜のチェックイン時、予定時間を数分遅れて到着し、無人だし、疲れていたのもあって途方に暮れましたが、電話がすぐにつながったのでホッとしました。近くにローソンがあって便利です！

Cons:

フェイスタオルも綿が良かったです。ポリエステルだったので使用しませんでした。
駅からの道のり、夜に周辺をひとりで歩くのが少し怖かったです。
しかし宿のそばに交番があったので、一気に安心感が増しました。

まぁ、快適でした。
Pros:

行きたい所の近場だったところと、寝るだけだったので、ここでじゅうぶんでした。

周辺施設が充実していて子連れでも◎
Pros:

駅や商店街に近いので観光を楽しむことができました！周辺を散歩しただけでも楽しかったです。
部屋は清潔感がありました。
近くにコインランドリーがあったので長期滞在でも安心です！

Cons:

お風呂はトイレ横にシャワー室のみで小さな子連れに使用は難しく徒歩5分くらいのスーパー銭湯に通いました。
あとはキッチンはあるけど、道具はなにもなかったこと。

不要求新穎設備的話, 是C/P很不錯的住宿
Pros:

相隔近八年後的再次入住, 大部分的感覺都和當年差不多
1. 鄰近鶴橋車站, 交通便利且生活機能不錯
2. 管理人員是台灣人, 溝通無障礙
3. 室內空間大 (這次住2F, 印象中以前住1F空間還會更大些)
4. 洗臉台和浴廁分離

Cons:

1. 浴廁空間皆偏小, 尤其上廁所起來幾乎沒空間, 且未配備免治馬桶
2. 扛行李走樓梯頗吃力
3. 希望提供的毛巾可以固定為浴巾和毛巾各一, 不然洗澡不容易擦乾
4. 水壓和水溫有時會跑掉

Cons:

写真と違っていた。想像してたより狭く、バスタブもなくトイレの奥にシャワーブースだったので使い勝手が良くないなと思い、滞在時間30分で宿替えしました。
