Disappointing, cold, in need of renovation
Pros:

Omar, the guy working there, is super friendly and helpful. Location is within a gated community with parking and some cafés and shops.

Cons:

Room was freezing cold, moldy, there is nothing for warmth whatsoever. I had to insist with long discussions to get 2 extra blankets, not just one. The electronic key system (also for the room) is a hassle. My room didn’t lock, I had to message, then they sent Omar - a hassle. Yes, it’s inexpensive, but it’s not worth it. The place is very dark and freezing cold. Room felt like a cave. Noise from lots of other hotels along the alley, people coming and going (why don’t they fix the door?). Takes about 20-30min walking to get to where the touristy area of Marrakech starts. Place definitely needs renovation. Would not stay again, not even when it’s warm.

Peaceful getaway from the crazy and manic streets of Marrakesh
Pros:

Very authentic Riad and perfectly located a bit away from the medina meaning once back it’s like stepping into a quiet village and the staff were on hand in the day breakfast was served in the most polite way with many options

Cons:

Shower and toilet room could do with a slight update but you can’t expect a luxury hotel bathroom in an authentic Riad

Familiär, komfortabel und unvergesslich!
Pros:

Die Lage ist wunderbar. Außerhalb der Medina und ruhig und trotzdem ist das Stadtzentrum in 15 Minuten wunderbar zu Fuß erreichbar. Omar und das gesamte Personal sind unglaublich freundlich, liebevoll, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Eine super harmonische, familiäre und angenehme Stimmung!
Besonders gut hat uns die relativ große Dachterasse gefallen! Ausblick über das gesamte Viertel, ruhig und angenehm am Abend zum Sonne genießen.
Ein Supermarkt und diverse Restaurants sind nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sowie einige Souvenirshops.
Die Zimmer sind in einem marokkanischen Stil eingerichtet und bieten alles was man benötigt. Alles ist sauber und komfortabel.
Das Frühstück ist vielseitig und lecker! WLAN funktioniert super und auch ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
Alles in allem würden wir diese Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Wir haben hier sieben Nächte verbracht und hätten nicht glücklicher mit unserer Wahl sein können. Anderen negativen Bewertungen stimmen wir ausdrücklich nicht zu!
Vielen vielen Dank an Omar und sein Team, dass ihr unseren Aufenthalt hier so angenehm gemacht habt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Came for 8 days, 4 would have been enough
Pros:

Pretty easy to reach by indrive, nice and caring staff, kinda good value for money. The breakfast is the same every morning with minor modifications with tea, coffee or warm milk.

Cons:

Wintertime is wintertime here as well and in Morocco, riads are not using heaters at all, only more layers of covers. But they do their best to put the guest in comfort.
Another thing thst is not up to the place, the public transportation is unreliable mostly, so be prepared to use taxi/indrive services.

Bastante bien en relación calidad precio
Pros:

La amabilidad de Omar y su mujer fue excelente. Pusieron todo de su parte para hacer la estancia agradable.

Cons:

La habitación era algo pequeña, el aire no funcionaba y el baño por su fisionomía se mojaba excesivamente al ducharse. Esto no ayudaba con el frío que hacía.

Le Riad

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié le petit déjeuner, et le fait que des draps mouillés étaient accrochés sur les rampes des escaliers ce qui a mouillé les escaliers
Ne pas pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner avant 9heures donc le dimanche matin pas de petit déjeuner ( reste de café de la veille )
