I booked one night at this property with my friend for work purposes.
When we arrived at the property, we were refused entry by security simply because we are Moroccan. The property owner then told us to cancel the reservation and find another place, which was very difficult since it was the weekend.
So, please be aware that you may be refused entry, even with a confirmed booking

Abitazione molto accogliente posizione e si trova in un residence molto fornito e accanto alla Medina. I signore che ci ha accolti molto gentile

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta.
El trato que recibimos fue muy familiar, son unas personas muy amables y agradables.
El sitio es bastante sencillo, un baño y una cama muy cómoda, no hace falta más.
Está ubicado en una zona residencial con algunas tiendas y restaurantes, incluso sin salir de allí tienes muchas cosas disponibles.
Por nosotras no hubo problema, pero si no te gusta caminar o no quieres coger taxi, debes saber que está a unos 30min caminando de la plaza.

Omar, the guy working there, is super friendly and helpful. Location is within a gated community with parking and some cafés and shops.
Room was freezing cold, moldy, there is nothing for warmth whatsoever. I had to insist with long discussions to get 2 extra blankets, not just one. The electronic key system (also for the room) is a hassle. My room didn’t lock, I had to message, then they sent Omar - a hassle. Yes, it’s inexpensive, but it’s not worth it. The place is very dark and freezing cold. Room felt like a cave. Noise from lots of other hotels along the alley, people coming and going (why don’t they fix the door?). Takes about 20-30min walking to get to where the touristy area of Marrakech starts. Place definitely needs renovation. Would not stay again, not even when it’s warm.
Very authentic Riad and perfectly located a bit away from the medina meaning once back it’s like stepping into a quiet village and the staff were on hand in the day breakfast was served in the most polite way with many options
Shower and toilet room could do with a slight update but you can’t expect a luxury hotel bathroom in an authentic Riad
