Everything was lovely, from the staff to the room. 10/10 would recommend.
Pros:

It was exceptionally vintage. The bathrooms were updated but they kept this historic feel to the entire place. The bathrooms also had heated floors! The location was great and walking distance to everything.

Beautiful and worth the trip!
Pros:

Perfect location! The hotel was walkable to all the cafes, restaurants, and shops around town, and within walking distance of the hot springs pool! The hotel staff was super friendly. I appreciated all the amenities, such as pool towels, an ice machine, breakfast options, and restaurant menus.

Cons:

The hotel room does get hot, especially if you're gone all day, so you just have to wait it out till the fans do their job. I appreciated the quiet hours because you can hear everything and everyone in the hallways, but in the morning, people were usually loud and moving about.

Beautiful Historic Hotel in the heart of Ouray
Pros:

The history of the hotel and the architecture are charming and have been maintained while offering an updated experience. The bedding is comfortable, soft and inviting and the bathroom is updated with lovely tile and fixtures. Housekeeping was so helpful and friendly and there is a lovely breakfast room with tea and coffee at all times. The hotel overall is in a perfect location, quiet at night, and is light and airy feeling. This was our second stay, and we would go back!

Cons:

I can't think of any flaws. Overall good value for the overall experience.

Hotel Ouray is a delightful historical place to stay.
Pros:

The location is wonderful. We had parking right outside hotel. Staff was all very friendly. We had the corner room with the bay windows and thought it was lovely. Nice little continental breakfast available in am.

Cons:

The stairs up to the second floor are a lot with a big suitcase, but the hotel warns you about them in advance when booking. A bit of street traffic noise but not bad.

Comfortable Historic Hotel
Pros:

Beautiful maintained old hotel. Very clean. Updated bathrooms. Easy access to get in and out on your own, but secure with good lock. Comfortable bed. Spacious rooms. Hot water, coffee, and ice and day. Towels provided for the hot springs pool visit!

Pros:

Location is great. Lots of room in the apartment.

Cons:

Beds not comfortable. Upstairs noise. Tiny shower. Expensive. Small selection for breakfast. Light coming in bedroom windows.

front desk staff was very thorough and friendly.

Cons:

our neighbors were a bit noisy on saturday night. walls were pretty thin. it's a very hold hotel so we understand.
