It was clean and the breakfast was amazing
The staff didn’t come to your room you had to go up to the desk for towels. They had no coffee after breakfast or hot water as they advertise. No tea or hot chocolate at night. Thankfully the front desk gave me tea bags

It was clean and had a frig & microwave
First of all, it’s a motel, not a suite or a hotel . The bed mattress was ancient, the tub was so stained and old, I didn’t take a shower.. We went down for breakfast at 9 o’clock on a Sunday . It was already closed.
It was a dump. It was ridiculously expensive and I should’ve stayed in a chain hotel. Booking.com let me down for a second time.
My husband and I left our hotel in the Keys and stopped for a couple days to visit a friend, who had a baby. We were so happy with our stay. The room was spacious, very clean, comfortable and met all of our expectations! The grounds were very well maintained. The staff we interacted with were great. Best of all, the breakfast was spectacular!!! Thank you Vero Beach Inn, we will be back!!

Under new mgmt which was not particularly customer friendly
The facility was well located for our needs. The staff was accommodating. Breakfast was very ample.
The HVAC unit didn't have a working heating aspect. We were provided with an electric space heater. Temps were colder than normal. The bathroom was not particularly clean---back of the door, etc.

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Much more variety than I expected. The kids enjoyed the fitness room. The swimming pool was very inviting, but the weather didn't cooperate; too cold out.
The only thing that I would change is the window blinds. The outside lights kept the room pretty

Hubo mucho ruido de parte de los vecinos: bebían con música y duró hasta las once y tuve que llamar en recepción para calmarlos. Luego otro vecino puso la TV muy fuerte hasta la una de la mañana. El hotel debería fijar un cartel para prohibir música y beber alcohol fuera después de las 22:00.
