RUDE DAYSHIFT FRONT DESK CLERK

I didn't appreciate the day shift front desk person adittude toward me she was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional she treated me like she was a racist she went on to tell me that she was going to check the hotel computer to see if I ever stayed there before also she stated to me that even though I had a specific reservation regardless if i was handicap That I wasn't garrenteed that room I tried to explain to her i cant climb stairs due to my disability she still said i wasn't going to get a ground floor I told her i ended up with a room that i paid for a up grade deluxe but was given a regular tmroom that didn't matter to her at all i had came up to do a two night over stay like the night front guy requested me to in the morning but because she was so rude i decided not to and checked out instead and i will never stay at that facility ever again due to being treated like i was a bum on the streets however the night front desk guy was extremely Courteous and helpful to me he instructed me on what to due but because she was on staff and was so rude I booked elsewhere I am so disappointed in that facility for hiring a front desk staff member like that all these years I've stayed there neve caused any problems I was respectful and not once was troublesome guest and to think I was treated this way was unbelievable never will I ever forget this unfairness

Good value,!clean and quiet. Not fancy but happy with it for what we paid.
Pros:

Room was very clean. Basic in terms of no pics in walls but quiet and clean which is what matters to me. Breakfast staff was extremely pleasant especially Michael. Clean and comfortable for the price. Seemed quite empty when we arrived but there were more guests than I realized by am. Nice clean outdoor pool. Nice old style motel for $100 so good value with breakfast. .

Cons:

Not a big deal but it took a few minutes for someone to arrive at the reception desk when we arrived to check in. I emailed that we were there and he came right out.

The beds were ok. But they really need to improve on cleanliness and the pool area was not an enjoyable experience. Espe

I tried to sit at the pool but it was being fixed. Then the vacuum and blower and every time I moved the guy doing the grass came but. It was tough to relax.

Cons:

The bathroom was really dirty. Behind the door was wine or coffee drips and was not really clean. Hair all over the floor

It was okay. Served the purpose. Convenient to 95 and lots of food and fuel options.
Pros:

Location and access. Clean and convenient. Staff was very good.

Cons:

Pretty dated. Mattress wasnt great. Food was terrible.

It was clean and the breakfast was amazing

Cons:

The staff didn’t come to your room you had to go up to the desk for towels. They had no coffee after breakfast or hot water as they advertise. No tea or hot chocolate at night. Thankfully the front desk gave me tea bags

It’s as fake as the geese in the pond
Pros:

It was clean and had a frig & microwave

Cons:

First of all, it’s a motel, not a suite or a hotel . The bed mattress was ancient, the tub was so stained and old, I didn’t take a shower.. We went down for breakfast at 9 o’clock on a Sunday . It was already closed.
It was a dump. It was ridiculously expensive and I should’ve stayed in a chain hotel. Booking.com let me down for a second time.
