Hôtel flambant neuf… un personnel restaurant nul
Pros:

Un hôtel flambant neuf avec une literie très agréable. Dommage le parking n’était pas encore en service et je n’ai qu’une seule remarque : la restauration et le service restaurant est déplorable. Arrivée à 21h30, on m’a bien fait comprendre que je devais me dépêcher pour rapidement choisir un plat car la cuisine est fermée. Elle ferme normalement au-delà de 22 heures. La serveuse était en train de ranger toutes les tables et a mis du temps à s’occuper de moi. J’ai été expédié sans aucune attention. J’ai dû réclamer plusieurs fois ma bouteille d’eau, une corbeille de pain…
Bref, un super Hôtel, proche du canal de l’Ourcq, très agréable, bien insonorisé, mais de grâce, revoyez l’accueil au restaurant.
