広くて綺麗。

Cons:

玄関開けてすぐベッドはちょっと違和感。玄関口が狭い。
洗面とトイレの間にドアがなく、1人で利用しているなら、別に気にしないが、この広さなら、ドアがあった方が良かった。

缶、ペットボトルのゴミ箱に、ゴミが残ったままだった。

ホテル下に駐車出来そうなスペースがあるが、進入出来ないようになっている。重い荷物は先に下ろしておきたいので、一時停車出来るようにして欲しかった。

Pros:

値段の割に広く快適で、駅からも近く（小さな駅ではありますが）とても良かったです。宮島等に行くなら良い拠点になると思います。個人的にはドライヤーが比較的高性能なのが評価ポイントでした。

Cons:

強いて言うなら、アメニティがもう少しだけ充実していればさらに良かったかなと思います。

次回は違う部屋で滞在してみたい
Pros:

広電の駅も近く、すぐ近くにスーパーもあり買い出しに行けたのでロケーションは最高にいいと思う。
日中は近くに保育園があるので騒がしい感じはあるが、夕方以降静かに過ごせた。
コップ、皿など揃っていたので軽い朝食が用意できたのが助かる。
洗濯機は使用しなかったが、洗剤も置いてあった。
部屋は綺麗で清潔感はある。ベランダもあるので洗濯物も干せそう。

Cons:

玄関開けてすぐベッドなのがマイナス点。雨降った日など気になりそう。
ベッドの頭にあるスペースに干からびたコンタクトを見つけ、清掃の不備があった様子。

以下は要望。
洗面所にタオルかけがなく、手を拭いた後のタオルをかけられる場所が欲しかった。
洗面所にゴミ箱がほしい。いちいちキッチン横のゴミ箱に移動しないといけなかった。
買ってきた食材（パンなど）を置く場所がなかったので部屋にスペースあるならキッチン横に棚が欲しい。
玄関ドアの上の鍵が閉まりにくかったので確認して欲しい。
お風呂の温度が初期設定が51度になっててびっくりした。そのまま気づかずシャワーなど出してたらと思うと、清掃時に毎回温度見て次の宿泊者のために設定し直してほしい。

La struttura e’ cistituita da una serie di appartamenti muniti di ogni comfort. Dimensioni eccezionali del bagno e di tutti gli sltri ambiebti.

Il chek in non e’ semplicissimo poiche’ non vi e’ personale in loco e bisogna farlo in maniera “automatica”. Dopo un mimento di difficoltà abbiamo capito il meccanismo e siamo riusciti a prendere pissesso delle stanze
