Overall the hotel is good for people liking peace
Pros:

Rooms are neat and clean. It is like homestay type of rooms.

Cons:

We can not watch live TV channels except if you have OTT subscriptions. In the room where we stayed in is no hot water as the water is coming very less in the pipe. We have to wait for at-least 10 min to fill one bucket even then no hot water. There is no restaurant and to go outside even for want of coffee.

Dirty toilet and room unsweeped. Towel was not bright white as it should have been. Staff was impolite and unconsiderate. No credit card payment available.

No cleaning staff available had to clean floors ourself. No internet as advertised.No hot water after 6 AM once the solar water heater tank is empty there is hardly any hoy water available and they have no solution for it.

Improve upon breakfast and toilteries, because tourists depend upon the same for starting the day
Pros:

The Hotel is in the midst of the town and easily approachable. The best part is staff are very hospitable and helpful
They changed beds, gave extra pillows and that was so nice of them

Cons:

The basic expectation of toiletries are not there.
The morning breakfast does not include a coffee and that is not something that was not a pleasant experience

Value for money.... would recommend to people who want to stay close by bus station / train station.
Pros:

We were there for 2 days for Tirumala darshan so spent minimal time in hotel.... Staff was very co-operative to help us even when we reach before our check in time....... Room was clean.....value for money.... no complaints..... ... You take Ola Autos and everything is perfect.....

Cons:

It would be good to have dustbin in the room.....
Area around the hotel is little weird if you decide to walk towards bus station (its very closeby) or to have Dinner... No trouble as such when we walked down for dinner

Pros:

We went with a toddler, it had a kitchen setup(induction, cooker and vessels) you need to carry. But it had all the provisions to cook and eat( dinning setup). Happy with hall and rooms
