i feel comfortable and Clean rooms and good staff helpful a lot specially the Restaurant foods delivered to your room ma’am Silka . Mira @ Rueben . Thanks For The foods. and all the staffs delivery rooms service is very fast .

Pros:

The room was comfortable as was the bed. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was close to the Simloan hospital which was great for me as my husband had been admitted

Cons:

It was quite noisy in the hallway at times and also when they have events in the hall next door. The carpet in the hallway was really dirty. I think they may be in the process of upgrading parts of the hotel but they definitely need to get rid of the carpet.
