Was very clean and had all the amenities we needed.
Both the beds were big enough to accommodate two people each. It was worth for the amount we paid as the accomodation was only two stations away from Shibuya, one station away from Shinjuku. The train station was only few minutes walk. It took us only 1 hour to reach Disneyland by train early morning. There were many luggage storage options nearby as well. A halal restaurant at the adjacent lane, many other halal restaurants, coffee shops very close to the accommodation.
Pillows could be softer. I felt they are very firm. The space around the bed is very small. We placed 2 suitcases and it was very difficult to walk. I think most of the Japanese rooms are like this so cannot complain.
Close to shops, station. Value for money . Expected as tokyo
Too small for 4 people. But able to manage because whole day we r outside and only there for sleep.

4 personas con maletas es imposible, literalmente no cabes. Nada cómodo, el acceso con escaleras y todo muy estrecho. No volveremos
L'emplacement est extraordinaire, rien à dire. Il est central, une station de Shinjuku et vraiment très proche de Shibuya. 7/11 à trois minutes à pied, la chambre est située dans une petite ruelle calme tout en étant très proche des restaurants, commerces et gare. La chambre n'est pas très grande mais avec une très belle hauteur sous plafond avec des grandes fenêtres pour laisser passer la lumière extérieure. Nous étions 4 personnes deux adultes et deux ado de très grandes tailles et cela convenait parfaitement. Je recommande les yeux fermés

숙소가 제시된 넓이(27m2)보다 훨씬 작음. 로프트 합쳐서 18m2도 안됨. 숙소크기가 거짓으로 제시되어 있어 속아서 예약함. 6박이나 해야해서 도저히 지내기가 힘들어 주인하고는 연락하려고 했으나 연락이 안됨. 부킹닷컴 측에도 여러번 주인과 연락을 시도하였으나 결국 주인은 연락이 없다가 마지막날 연락이 옴. 게다 숙소에는 문제가 없다는 메세지를 일방적으로 보냄. 그래서 내가 직접 숙소의 넓이를 재어보았는데 터무니 없이 작았음. 가방을 놓을 곳도 없음. 거기에 반지하방이라 창문을 열면 지나가는 사람의 다리가 보입니다. 창문이 있어도 열 수가 없어요. 화장실도 너무 좁고 화장실 창문 역시 열면 지나가는 사람의 다리를 볼 수 있어요. 세탁기는 있지만 세탁물을 걸 곳이 없어서 말릴 수가 없음. 내가 직접 찍은 사진을 올려둘테니 숙소의 실제 크기를 보고 판단하시기 바래요. 잘못된 정보로 여행객을 속인 부분에 대해 부킹닷컴측에 신고했으나 주인측은 여전히 모르는 척하고 있어 부킹닷컴측으로부터 최소의 보상을 받음. 이런 싸움을 원하면 이 숙소를 예약하세요.
- Emplacement extraordinaire proche de tout : garre, restaurant, gros quartier.
- Le quartier reste calme malgré que l'on entend assez bien a travers la fenêtre.
- Tout l'équipement est disponibles en grandes quantité.
- La connexion WiFi n'est pas extraordinaire reste potable mais a 4 perssone sur la même connexion elle galère.
- Peu d'espace pour ranger les valises, il ne faut pas prendre beaucoup de valises.
- Aurait apprécié des traductions sur les boutons ou une petite fiche explicative sur notamment la machine a laver.

Apartamento muy cómo para poder explorar la ciudad y disfrutar de Tokyo.
Además a pesar de estar tan céntrico se puede descansar bien al estar en una calle tranquila.

The pictures described it perfectly, it was close to subway and shops and restaurants, which was what I was looking for
It was pretty small, but that was expected
Amazing location - close to a convenience store, train station and restaurants. Clean and tidy. Instructions given were easy to interrupt. Very smooth check in and check out.
Main window near bed on lower floor backs directly onto the street. Some nights were noisey however still enjoyed our stay.
The bed is a proper queen sized bed and can fit two.
The responses we get from the property are very fast and efficient.
We can hear the cars passing and people talking outside when we were sleeping in the night. Also there are other people upstairs who made a lot of dumping sounds in the middle of the night.
We have to keep our trash inside our apartment during the whole week of our stay. Might not be so hygienic since it’s a cold and rainy season.

The property felt very nice and cozy for our small group of 4! It was in an excellent location as well that made it convenient for us to travel places!

Close to every thing
The apartment is in a depressing, unpretentious basement. It stinks, there's a musty smell inside. Synthetic fiber towels that do not absorb water. There is a washing machine, but no dryer, no way to dry the washed clothes! The streets in the area are full of piles of garbage, and I saw rats 4 times! I can't even imagine how this accommodation got such a great rating!
