値段を考えれば概ね満足
Pros:

周辺に宿泊施設がなく、安価で宿泊することが出来てたすかった

Cons:

設備が全般的に古い　良くも悪くも前世紀の典型的なこのタイプのホテル

My first in Japan, learned my way the hard way.
Pros:

Front desk staff who generously called for my taxi in my first two days stay was subsequently not allowed by the boss on my third day. No explanation, I didnt bother. But it could have been an extra help or bonus points for the hotel, so with this i am giving the lowest score of accomodation from Booking.com

Cons:

I thought i booked near Westa Kawagoe our meeting venue. Hotel was located so far off the nearest station Wakaba needs taxi ride from the hotel, i did this daily trip to Kawagoe in the next 6 days of stay, incurring taxi fare that are inconsistently priced that at times GO drivers find hard to find even when the address is in Jap language:also, Jap taxi drivers are rude. Go app while accessible but its not dependable at times. Google translate and maps were very helpful for first time travellers. Booking.com ever reliable from hotel accomodation and even travel car or taxi reservations.

I like and sometimes dont like the staffs
Pros:

I love this resort since I’ve been coming here a lot lately. I love their spa and sauna room that I can enjoy privately with my friend or partner. Thats what I like here, big room and space for privacy while having fun. Unlike going to some onsen where it’s mostly public baths

Cons:

The only problem is, I encountered some troubles with my booking thru booking through a website.

Overall it was nice. Wasn’t prepared for if I chose to not answer the door, the owners would be able to pop their heads
Pros:

It looked nice. The room had a steam room and a jacuzzi.

Cons:

The owners lock me in at night and would not open the door if there were charges from the day prior. Also, there is a cabinet that allows for people from outside access yo inside.

Spacious, a bit unclean looking, very friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Spacious room with A LOT of amenities, for adults to enjoy their time together. Big tv, karaoke, video games for rental and fast room service! The staff was very nice and polite.

Cons:

If you book this place and plan to go out for lunch etc. it is a bit of a hassle since the staff has to let you out and allow you inside again. They normally have guests by the hour come in, and rarely people who will go out of the room unless they are leaving the hotel. I guess it is normal for these kinds of hotels.

The room we booked “king room” did not feel very clean and there was dust from many nights ago all over the place. The spa area in the bathroom smelled very musky.
