Cons:

We booked this hotel via Booking.com for our driver. The price we paid was including of all taxes and additional costs. When the driver arrived we had to pay additional costs of 132000 IRP which already was paid. So we complained, but the owner of the hotel would not pay the money back. Very bad service!!!!😫😫😫

Pros:

Location was okay and it was cheap. One lady working there was friendly. There was AC.

Cons:

The reception was often empty, with only a kid watching something on his phone. When someone was there they didn’t speak English and didn’t give us any information on check in. Didn’t get toilet paper or towels. Had to use Google translate to ask for it. It was very dirty (our rooms and hotel in general). There was a pile of sand full of ants in my bathroom. Insects and lizards in my room. Sheets were dirty looking, walls were stained. Weird smell in the room. My friends toilet in his room didn’t even have a flush button. There was ONE socket in the room, in the furthest spot from the bed. We slept there one night and left the next day. Was supposed to be 4 nights.
