Over all ok, minor things not working properly not ok
Pros:

Breakfast good,
Told by manager we could not move closer to the food area even though my wife is handicapped. No flexibility even though 50% of tables were empty and unoccupied. Claiming I should have booked a table online. First time guest at this hotel. Who knew you would have to book? I am the guest. Help smooth my visit. It's called customer service.

Cons:

Paid for parking and then could not get into parking. Again management came up with a pathetic excuse, I was too close to the plate scanning camera, or I was too far away. Caused a lot of disruption in the narrow street. Same thing on exit, gate not opening. Had to back up and go forward a few times. No response when pressing attention button. Lifts on floor eight kept passing the floor in both directions. Another poor response from the desk. Poor customer service.
I am not a demanding customer, I just need basic things to be functioning correctly.

Escapada veraniega a Benidorm
Pros:

El todo incluido es muy completo. Tienes varias zonas en el hotel donde aprovecharlo, por lo que se hace cómodo. Las habitaciones también están bien. El personal siempre muy amable.

Cons:

Los ascensores. Tardan mucho y no se entiende bien el funcionamiento (siempre saltaba la planta donde estuvieras y daba muchas vueltas)

Pros:

Ambiente familiar, pequeno almoço variado, muito bom atendimento das pessoas do hotel, quartos com qualidade superior, boa limpeza. Proximidade da Praia fantástica.
Rooftop com vistas deslumbrantes

Cons:

Estacionamento em altura alta sempre cheio, necessário estacionar perto, por exemplo no estacionamento do Casino que fica a 150m.
