C’est un hôtel bien placer, pas loin de la côte
Lorsque j’ai effectuée la réservation, l’hôtel a mentionner "spa" après plusieurs recherche de différents hôtel (toujours avec le filtre "spa") j’ai choisi celui-ci (ce n’était pas le moins cher)
Une fois arrivée, on nous la réceptionniste nous dit que le spa est en supplément et en plus, non disponible.
C’est très décevant car aucunement sur booking l’option spa est mentionné donc pour nous il faisait partie de la réservation.

Pour vous garer c'est très compliqué malgré des petits parkings dans Calella, prévoyez de prendre le parking avec l'hôtel

We had a really pleasant stay at Hôtel Neptuno Hotel & Spa. It’s not a perfect place, but that’s actually part of its charm, it feels personal and welcoming rather than overly polished.
Everything was clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was very good, with enough variety to choose from each day.
Overall, we spent 7 wonderful days here and truly enjoyed our time. A lovely place if you appreciate a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The beds were unfortunately not very comfortable.

Lo que mas me gustó fue la habitación, tranquila, limpia y nueva. Las instalaciones nuevas y prácticas. Además con una estética bonita y agradable.
El desayuno es bueno, con vistas al patio interior y piscina.
Tiene parking publico con zona azul muy cercano.
No me gustó las horas que tienen la cena y el desayuno. Muy temprano la hora de finalización de la cena. Viajo por temas de trabajo y no llegué a la hora de la cena, acababa a las 21:30 y el desayuno tarde. Empieza a las 8:00. Si estás de vacaciones no está mal, pero para viajes de trabajo no encaja.
Llamé para ver la hora de la cena y si me guardaban algo, y me dijeron que sin problema, cuando llegué me habían guardado un par de lonchas de jamón york, otras de queso, unas rodajas de tomate, una pulguita, y una manzana. Pensé que me habrían guardado algo de la cena que ponen en el bufet :(
El buffet del desayuno muy bien, el de la cena muy correcto también, sin demasiadas opciones para elegir pero todo buenísimo.
La habitación estaba muy bien, con jacuzzi en la terraza.
Por poner alguna pega, eche de menos algunas amenities en la habitación, teniendo en cuenta que era la habitación premium con jacuzzi y demás. Me pareció un poco caro para el tipo de habitación y los servicios, en relación con otros hoteles similares en los que he estado.

Falta variedad en la comida.
Viajamos con nuestra perra y nuestra hija de dos años y la experiencia fue genial. Habitacion amplia y cómoda con todo lo necesario, dejaron incluso un detalle para nuestra perrita. Muy contentos también con los restaurantes del hotel que cuentan con opciones veganas y vegetarianas bien indicadas incluso en el buffet. Usamos el spa en la hora familiar y fue un gran complemento a la estancia ya que aun hacia frio para usar las piscinas exteriores. Nos quedamos con las ganas de probar el servicio de bicicletas que te cede el hotel de forma gratuïta. El gimnasio es bastante pequeño, pero se agradece que lo tengan. Cabe destacar que además de las instalaciones (nada masificado, acogedor y con buen gusto), el personal tuvo un trato fantástico, ayudándonos en todo lo posible para que estuvieramos los 4 lo más cómodos posible, una mención especial a Bárbara, la recepcionista, amabilisima.
Hacia un poco de calor en la habitación, aunque con el ventilador pasamos buena noche. El gimnasio es pequeño y poco equipado, pero mejor que no tenerlo.
