Not worth totally useless hotel and staff
Pros:

Only room was big

Cons:

The manager there don't care for guests. Especially the washroom was very horrible. It was so highted within the room that we have to literally bend sharply while going in and out otherwise you got your head injured. The staircase for going into the bathroom was triple the normal hight. I don't know why they designed it so to torture the guest. We seek comfort in hotels but here it was opposite. Manager (Bahadur Singh) was most of the time talking continuously busy on mobile and that too very loudly. He never noticed while I frequently make round. Most of the time he was not on seat and room service number was not working. The price was at least thrice the normal price it deserves. It was far away from Nakki Lake (in isolated place) where we can't go at night by walking from centre point and it is not at 1.5 k.m. from Nakki Lake, as you mentioned. It was around 3 k.m.

Pure cheating
Cons:

The management were only after money. They demanded and deposited the money in advance but when I went there with my family they allotted us an inferior room in stead of my chosen one. They didn't give me the room that I selected and paid for.....but they have already given that room to someone else. After some request and arguments I wanted my money back but they neither returned the money nor allotted me my selected room....So we could not stay there even after paying an amount of ₹3000.

Definitely not worth the money paid. Rather stay elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

The location did not look like in the pictures.
Hot water only runs from 7-10am.
Staff was hesitant to turn on the AC.
Coffee was horrible.
Washroom was clean but still stank of drainage.

Waste of money
Cons:

The place looks totally different from what it is shown in pictures. Rooms are too small. The washrooms were not clean and were smelly. The amount we paid for the rooms was 3 times what they actually deserve. The experience was a total disaster and a waste of money.

Pros:

Location wise it is good, room is small but ok, toilets are clean.

Cons:

The food and canteen charges were exorbitant, exceeding the menu prices. The staff was friendly, but they were all money-hungry.

Never recommend for family stay
Pros:
