Pros:

部屋は広くないが、コンパクトで使い勝手が良い。
清潔で、センスの良い部屋のデザイン。
フレンドリーなスタッフ。ロケーションも良い。
また、腰が痛かったので硬めのベッドで助かった。

Cons:

階下のテレビの音が夜遅くまでうるさかった。

Good place for a short stay
Pros:

Excellent location, only 2min to the train station. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There are tons of foods just outside the door. The room is nice and cozy, really suitable for a short stay.

Cons:

The mattress is super hard, it makes my back ache, and the bed sheet always feels so dusty.

Good location and clean modern room
Pros:

A nice, clean, comfortable modern room except the hot water is not working. We end up having cold shower. Location is good. Close to market and airport.

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, decor, staff friendly, motorbike rental (great condition)

Cons:

Beds are Vietnamese soft (aka rock solid). But we would happily stay again
