i am going to rate it at the lowest in all categories because i was unable to actually stay here. that would be unfair yeah? well, they double booked us, did not give us a refund. wasted money. you can't also say that this would make it even because it won't. it will not, ever.

Pros:

Excellent location, it’s in the centre of Davao City.

Cons:

The place is really outdated in furniture and appliances. Toilet needs a lot of work. Wifi not working. TV small and no reception.bed really bad and uncomfortable. Place need new paint job and it’s a rundown condominium.
