Communication
Cons:

It's poor when the apartment's owner doesn't speak international language (english) at all. It's not enough to say only YES or NO. When you want to provide and make a deal with foreign customers you should say some basic words...not just use in "sign language".

Camera ottima con vasca idromassaggio
Pros:

Camera tutto nuovo pulito vicino al mare, stazione ferroviaria a meno di 50m zona bellissima

Cons:

Solo un consiglio! Da tenere in bagno det ersivo e spugnetta x pulizia bagno x un soggiorno superiore a 2 giorni grazie poi tutto ok

Nice location but not worthy
Pros:

The location is amazing, you're close to everything you need. Also the room and bathroom look like the furniture is brand new.

Cons:

The apartment wasn't clean (bedsheets, glasses, mugs) and the nightstand was dusty. There were no bathroom accommodities (no travel size shower gel, shampoo or even toilet paper). Being in Italy where everyone drinks a lot of coffee and not having a coffee machine in the room seemed like a bad joke. We stayed 4 nights and had only one set of bathroom towels per person. Also, the internet is really bad - the wifi isn't always detectable and when it is the connection is really weak. In the last days the Smart TV wasn't Smart anymore because the internet connection was not working even tho we tried everything.
