Pros:

The room was very aesthetically pleasing, and the view was definitely the highlight. You can clearly see the red train and the train tracks from the property, which made the whole experience feel unique and scenic. The overlooking view was really beautiful, especially in the morning. The bed was also very comfortable, and I appreciated the heated pad because it made a big difference, especially in the colder weather. The hot and cold shower worked well too, which made the stay even more comfortable.

Cons:

The property feels a bit outdated since it’s made mostly of wood. When the wind is strong, you can hear the door moving and making noise, which might bother light sleepers. It wasn’t a major issue for me, but it’s something to consider if you’re sensitive to noise.

Beautiful room, view. Good location

Cons:

Bathroom was a wet room and very slippery when wet. No floor mat and no shelves near shower to put gels, shampoos on. Very unsafe

It’s okay..
Pros:

The room is nice, comfortable bed! Jenny was nice to deal with and helped us organise some things :)

Cons:

Unfortunately my expectations were higher because of the price..
Firstly, the walls are SO thin, I could hear every conversation our neighbours had. The front door is made of frosted glass so you have light shining in the room at all times.
Unfortunately breakfast is not catered for westerners and especially not a vegan. Maybe some spreads for toast would be nice ? More fruit too..
my rating reflects that for the price, you can definitely find something better

So far i enjoyed it except for the the cleaning.
Pros:

Location and the crew are nice. The breakfast is excellent. The front desk who is taking care of the text messages through WhatsApp She was amazing & sweet .

Cons:

Need to improve the cleanliness of the the whole hotel especially on the bath room. There is no towel for the floor that’s why stay wet and a lot of black mold.

Pros:

Сам номер очень красивый, красивый вид, слышимость есть но не показалась значительной. При +8, было достаточно комфортно в номере, не холодно. Вода в душе была горячей. Очень понравился Завтрак, все очень близко в пешей доступности

Cons:

Персонал ресторана показался не очень дружелюбным и внимательным. Слип Бас привез достаточно рано и в ресторане нельзя было утром купить никакой еды, присоединиться к шведскому столу даже за оплату не предложили. Горячий чай можно было купить только в 8 утра. Пришлось ожидать заселения в очень холодном помещении где располагается ресепшен с открытыми дверьми, ни пледов ни обогревателей, ни горячего чая. При этом в соседнем отеле без лишних вопросов любезно за 100000 предложили позавтракать на их шведском столе

I enjoyed it except for the cleaning part.
Pros:

Location, good breakfast. I highly recommend the renting motorcycle in the front of the hotel.

Cons:

Cleanliness! need to be neat and clean all the time . The bathroom is nasty and wet and has a black mold.

Excellent experience!
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery that makes it so relaxing and refreshing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food was delicious with plenty of great options to enjoy, and everything was very reasonably priced. Overall, it’s an excellent place if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and great value. Highly recommended!

Les moisissures, le personnel, les équipements vétustes, très mauvais rapport qualité prix, il y a bien mieux ailleurs dans Sapa, pour 3 fois moins cher !
