We had a wonderful stay at Lado Home Stay. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is also very convenient, right in the center, making it easy to explore Sapa. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the view of the train — truly unique and unforgettable, it made the experience even more special.

Cons:

The soundproofing could be improved, as we could sometimes hear noise from outside. We also found the restaurant menu quite expensive, even with the 10% discount for guests.

We were very pleased with the service provided by Jenny at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful, and contributed positively to our stay.

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned, and there were stains on both the bed sheets and the curtains. In addition, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the drain. Overall, the experience was average and fell short of our expectations.

Pros:

The staff Jennie is very accommodating and touched base even before we arrived. The place, the funicular/mountain view was amazing and the bed prep where flower petals are placed nicely and romantically on the bed, amenities are really nice.
