Jenny and other receptionist were very helpful and kind with all our requests.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Lado Homestay in Sapa. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the views were beautiful. Highly recommend for a peaceful and authentic experience!

Pros:

Very spacious room with the stunning view of the mountains and the monorail. Breakfast buffet was really good. You can leave your luggage for free if you arrive early in the morning. You can also use their shower room for free. You just need to pay a fee to rent a towel. Laundry was also available for a fee per kg.

I loved the view and location.

Cons:

The walls in the rooms are very thin, we could hear everything our neighbors said, water temperature was not very consistent but the shower was nice. Unfortunately due to the small gap underneath the door a few cockroaches came inside. It was to be expected when staying near so much greenery.
