Never again!!!
Pros:

I did not like everything.

Cons:

We were transfered to a different unit that was not sufficient for the number of (4) p
ax we booked on the original unit. It had no pillow, blanket, bed sheet, and the 2 towels are torn and untidy and the aircon got us all sneezing all night. Imagine sleeping on a bedsheet that was used by some group and even left a stain on it!

Pros:

I have nothing to say to this place since the unit I booked was given to other guest even I am the first one to get and paid the slot

Disappointing
Pros:

The place is spacious and I was given the exact unit as in the photos. It's also very close to the mall so I can just go down and buy the things that I need.

Cons:

1. No wifi - it's already indicated on the property information but just in case some people miss it, I'm putting it here.
2. Walls are dirty, not cleaned properly. Including the glass windows.
3. Aircon is very dirty and dusty. The air inside the unit smells like dust because of it.
4. No drinking water provided. I've rented other units for the same price before and they all have wifi connection with drinking water and toiletries provided. It's disappointing.
5. Hot water is not working. Also, the bidet and shower are not functioning.
6. And this is the WORST of it all, the check out time listed in this booking is 12pm, however, they say it's 11am. I get that it's written in the house rules pasted in the wall, but still, it should have been clear or at least updated here. The cleaning lady asked me to pay an extension fee of 200 pesos for another hour.

All in all, I definitely would not recommend this place. Don't be fooled by the price, it's not worth it.

With TV
free toiletries
Shower
But when I check all are lies!!!
No wifi
No Tv signal
No toiletries
The refrigerator & microwave are dirty
And the worst is the shower is not working well 😢😢😢

Terrible experience
Pros:

The unit is extremely dirty. There's no water in the toilet or shower, and both the floor and walls of the bathroom are in terrible condition. The area under the sink is also very unkempt. Additionally, there are no blankets or proper bed sheets available.

As Filipinos, we take great pride in cleanliness and hygiene, yet the state of the rooms is unacceptable.

Cons:

Host and the staff unresponsive didn't show up for check-in. didn't help with anything. I checked out after just one night. I requested the refund for the remaining two nights. nobody ever got back to me in that matter.

Had a pretty good stay. smooth check in and very close to mall and restaurants. it has a convenience store near the lobb
Pros:

It is right next to Abreeza ayala mall. lots of food choices nearby. easy access to transport too.

Cons:

The unit is spacious for three of us but it needs renovation.

WORST APARTMENT AND NOT TO RECOMMEND

The unit itself, its cleanliness, and facilities are bad. Linens are dirty and with holes, sofa is dirty, bidet is broken, there is a leak in the toilet, and no tissues nor garbage bin, and basic amenities. WORST UNIT WE HAVE STAYED IN.

I don’t recommend (just this unit). Not worth it.
Pros:

Security and lobby staff are friendly and accommodating. Good view of city lights.

Cons:

Expectation vs. Reality. Room was very different from what is posted. Posted unit was 1519, but changed to unit 2720. It looked like an abandoned unit. Bed sheets were very itchy. I had few bug bites. Hot shower not working. Pillows were smelly (not sure if they changed sheets). No wifi, no cable, nothing. Price-wise, not worth it so better look for hotels. (Unfortunately forgot to take pix. Just wanted to get out asap).
