Apartment clean and well equipped
Elevator was broken and the apartment was quite cold. They provided electric heater but it was not enough for keeping the whole room warm

It’s weird that you have to be escorted every time you want to come in. No privacy.
What I like about this Apartment is that it is close to a lot of shops, bars, restaurants, the airport, and was very easy to get around through Uber in this location.
What I did not like is that our room was not properly cleaned after receiving a message from the property asking us to check in one hour later. The bedroom had a lot of ants on the bed and on the back of bed frame. The property did send personnel to clean the room again, but were not able to get rid of the ant problem. The apartment itself was very dusty and needs maintenance update.

I wasn't bothered by the noise and movement of the room so much as the room itself functioned terribly.
The main lights didn't work, so my husband and I spent three days in the dark. There was a neon light from the kitchen but it flickered and it gave us a terrible headache.
The cleanliness of the room was not good but the worst thing was that the sofa was dirty with dog or cat hair, but not a little - lots of it!! We had nowhere to sit - only on the chairs in the kitchen that Swinging or on the bed (in the dark)
The electricity in the building doesn't work that well
So if you are counting on cooking on the stove it is inconvenient because it turns on and off.
We wrote to the hotel - to their credit they were nice but everything they offered was not practical or relevant so they were just nice and it didn't help us survive this vacation.
The day before we left, a cleaner came for the sofa - she tried to clean the hairs with a cloth and water (I have no idea why she thought that would help) When I asked for someone to come with a vacuum cleaner because I was tired of breathing in the hairs that were all over my clothes, she said he would come after her (of course he didn't come) took the carpet and pillows and left. So we were left without a carpet, without pillows and with a lot of hair in the air.
After the vacation, we asked for at least a partial refund - but it never appeared in our bank account.

The loft has a great location within the heart of Roma-Condesa area, a few blocks away from Roma Sur and Condesa and close by to main restaurants, bars and more in Roma Norte. The loft provides what’s necessary for a comfortable stay for a couple.
Room was spacious ans in great location. Bed was comfortable and room was clean
The check in process is very confusing. Person at the reception did not explain things clearly and could not speak a word of English.

You can hear EVERYTHING happening on the property at all times, very clearly. Not ideal, but also didn’t cause me to lose any sleep. Eat plugs were provided though!
Luis on the reception desk was a star During our stay he worked 36 hours straight but still welcomed us with a warm smile and when we were going out he accompanied us to the door He gave us information regarding local restaurants and even loaned us his public transport card so we could catch the local bus

Door Person and staff had no idea who was staying in what unit. They had no codes for doors or main entry. The entire building shakes when trucks go by. I was not provided the room with outdoor space as I requested. There were 5 options to select from on the property page and I chose the one with an outdoor space. The company rep on the phone kept saying over and over I was in the right room. When mgmt doesn't admit any fault and wont agree to put you in teh correct unit or reimburse part of your payment, theres alot wrong.
location was great.
wynwood staff confirmed the wrong loft I chose and would not correct, the code for me was the same as the next person as they used the code on the door (security issue). They also confirmed a one night stay that a room was not available causing a chaotic situation. I will never stay in one of their properties again. They also offered no compensation only half explanations and telling me what I did wrong when I specifically chose the loft with outdoor space.

It gets super hot during the day as the sun is on the windows all day - better blackout blinds would be good to have (and some more fans)
One of the doormen was a bit too much, and always fishing for tips/ free things from us. (The other doormen were much better)
Incredible location, beautiful property, clean room and bathroom. Well appointed, and spacious. The lobby staff was nice and tried to be helpful. I’d definitely book a room here again.
Check in process sucked. The person at the lobby, though nice, didn’t speak a word of English and had no idea about who to reach out to. Luckily we found someone who was able to translate, and find info to help me get the code to check in.
