缺乏對遊客的服務態度與同理心
Pros:

位置

Cons:

辦理入住後，進到房間發現冷氣無法運作。詢問之後才被告知7、8樓的冷氣設備風扇故障。
所以只能開窗、吹電風扇。

要求修理～沒有辦法。
要求換房～沒有房間。
重點是在我們辦理入住時完全沒有告知！

僅願意提供另一個飯店的住宿代替，而且說當天稚內各飯店幾乎滿房，我們不能有其他選擇，完全沒有感到對我們有抱歉的態度。
