Pros:

I stayed at this 3-star hotel for a few nights and overall, it was a good experience👍 The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and public transport. Wi-Fi could’ve been faster, and the breakfast was pretty basic, but for the price, it was worth it🤩 I'd stay here again for a short trip

Dont go there!
Pros:

Nothing!! It was already smelly in walk way and the rooms where shocking…. Mouldy smell mould every where on roofs and walls. Durty sheets toilets are leaking… sitting on the toilet wasn’t a option…. (Standing in 2cm water anyway😹)Just a very rundown place with a very unfriendly sri lanka lady at the reception…. It was shocking we coverded the matress with our beach towels as we had not really a other option as it was already midnight. This was a very sad stay…

Good Location But Need To Improve Other Aspect
Pros:

The location is good. Service is average.

Cons:

The room (Standard Single Room) wasn't good enough, can't qualify as "Standard" yet. It is tiny with thin wall.
If I could listen to other people at next door or outside... They might could be able listen to me as well.
There are other different hotels that provide better standard room with the same price in the area. Just that they lose in term of marketing part compare to Swing & Pillows.
* I understand now why some people did rate this place for 5 stars. While on the way checking out, they were being asked to rate it in front of the receiptionist and the receiptionist will take a screenshot after they gave the review. I'm not sure because of the management order or the individual effort. Very cheeky, huh?
