Pros:

Tout était parfait. Un excellent hotel, en bordure de Marrakech, à deux jets de pierre du quartier Agdal. Aucun reproche à faire à cet excellent établissement. Au contraire, toutes mes félicitations. Continuez comme cela !

Great hotel for spa and relaxing, looks very modern and well maintained
Pros:

Great beautiful hotel very modern and beautiful pool area. Karim and the team really look after you. They upgraded our room for free, beautiful breakfast every morning and the staff are ever so polite and attentive. The outside pool area really is picturesque and the pool is beautiful. There was even a lounge to watch football and a wide range selection of bar. Great fresh breakfast

Cons:

Downside it is very far from Marrakech it will cost almost €20 to 30 for a round trip, and it is in the middle of nowhere.

Marrakech non caotico 😍❤️
Pros:

Ho avuto un’esperienza semplicemente meravigliosa in questo hotel. Fin dal primo momento non mi sono sentito come un semplice ospite, ma come parte di una vera famiglia. Più che un hotel, è una casa fatta di persone straordinarie.
Il personale è incredibilmente accogliente, sempre sorridente, gentile e disponibile: non mi hanno fatto mancare assolutamente nulla e ogni attenzione è stata sincera, mai forzata. Si percepisce l’amore e la cura che mettono in tutto quello che fanno.
La struttura si trova a circa 20 minuti dal centro di Marrakech, una posizione perfetta per chi desidera scoprire la città ma allo stesso tempo rilassarsi in un luogo tranquillo, immerso nella natura e lontano dal caos. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, dagli spazi comuni alle camere, creando un’atmosfera di pace e armonia.
Un posto speciale, dove ti senti davvero coccolato. Complimenti di cuore a tutto lo staff: tornerei qui senza pensarci due volte. ❤️

Séjour au calme, aux petits soins
Pros:

L’accueil de l’ensemble de l’équipe tout au long de notre séjour. L’équipe a été disponible et aux petits soins pour nous et avec le sourire . Nous avons été surclassé à notre arrivée. Excellent hôtel, c’est un havre de paix, nous reviendrons y séjourner sans hésiter. Mention spéciale à Jamila et Aziz pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous vous remercions pour votre amabilité.

Séjour agréable, personnel au top
Pros:

Un séjour super ! Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance exceptionnelles, toujours aux petits soins. Le petit-déjeuner est extrêmement copieux, les transats au bord de la piscine sont très confortables, et notre chambre était impeccablement nettoyée chaque jour. Nous avons passé un moment idéal !

Cons:

Petit bémol : le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre et le réseau était assez mauvais. Les prix du restaurant sont un peu élevés, mais l'on y mange bien. L’hôtel est situé à environ 30 minutes en voiture du centre de Marrakech, mais l'hotel dispose d'une navette (20 € par trajet). Ils proposent également un transfert vers l’aéroport pour 30 €, ce qui reste très correct.

Everything. The hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. We spent our 10-year anniversary here and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The team were exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We were completely spoilt by the level of thought and care shown throughout. And the food in the hotel was exceptional!

Cons:

It is quite far out of the city, so you can’t easily grab a standard taxi from town unless it’s a larger van taxi, and some tours were reluctant to pick us up from the hotel. That said, the staff were amazing and very responsive — you can simply WhatsApp them and they will arrange a pickup (for an additional charge), which made it easy.

Perfect base for a chill and pamper
Pros:

Excellent facilities and hosts, who made the effort throughout to make you feel so welcome and looked after. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very nice and alcohol is available. The facilities and chilled out vibe for were perfect for our final few days of the holiday, after the madness of staying in the bustle of the centre before. Would highly recommend!
