nothing, Oyo sky hotel was not there , they sell it to different hotel some gurgaon 26 and new hotel don't got our booking which was mess.

Did not honor the rates showed on booking.com. asked for Rs. 250 more than booking price. Tea served in the breakfast was 1 day old, stale.

Staff was very Rude …..specially guy at a reception who telling his name HONEY …..Even though full payment was done …..i showed him my confirmation …..He refused to let me in …..and said u paid very low price ….our actual price is very high …..so u have to pay 500inr more ….i ask him why did u book my room on that price ….he said talk to customer service…..so talk to them and paid 300 more ….So be careful while doing a booking in advance this hotel will cheat u ……If u book in advance… u will betray
