Pros:

Номер хорош, вид с окон шикарный, балкон супер. Немного подгулявший, но все работает, все на месте, все есть. Соотношение цена/качество 10/10. Очень удобное расположение относительно лыжных трасс, до Дидвели можно пройти в лыжных ботинках. Очень достойная кухня и обслуживание в ресторане, очень вкусно и аутентично. Есть свой лыжных шкаф внизу.

لا انصح الاقامه بها وتم حجزها ليومين فقط جلست يوم واحد وغادرت ولم يسترد مبلغ يوم واحد

الموقع والشرفة اطلالات متعدده وشرحه وادوات المطبخ متوفرة

Cons:

حجزت 5 ايام ومارتحنا بالاسرة الاضافية سيئة وكلمتهم استرجع الفلوس ورفض واضطريت اجلس ومافي احد بالاستقبال يتعاون معك

المكان مريح وواسع
والمطبخ مجهز بالكامل
والاطلالة رائعة

Cons:

عندما وصلت وجدت شقتي غير نظيفة وغير جاهزة
ولكن قام موظفين الاستقبال بمنحي غرفة للمبيت فيها تلك الليلة
وقاموا بتنظيف شقتي في الصباح وانتقلت لها

انصح بها ولكن لابد للمالك ان ياخذ التفاصيل البسيطة بعين الاعتبار

الموقع الجميل والشقة كامله ولاينقصها شي

Cons:

هناك رائحة كريهة بالشقة وايضا لم تكن نظيفة تماما حيث كانت الزبالة ممتلئة وايضا المرافق لم تكن متاحة كالspa

We had nice experience with The Valley residence
Pros:

In general we had a pleasant stay at the Valley residence, the apartment was spacious, clean, equipped well including washing machine. The property location has couple advantages: the closeness to Divaldi ski lift (200 meters) and a view on a nearby forest that we liked very much. Nice communication with the staff.

Cons:

The absence of spa which we expected was a bit disappointing. We found another spa in nearby hotel

Pros:

There is everything you may need for a family including the laundry machine, linens, pots and pens, plates and cutlery.
Location is amazing, very peaceful, big playground for kids, pretty close to the ski lifts.
Place is clean inside and the common space is being well maintained and cleaned all the time. Restaurant and spa didn't function in the building, but it didn't bother us as you have everything to cook yourself, or go to a restaurant 80 meters away. Landlord was amazing, giving us an extra day free of charge that we didn't even ask for.

Cons:

So beyond my expectations, hard to think what to improve. Great balcony and amazing view from it, Surrounding feels like Europe, unlike the rest of Bakuriani, which feels more like Nakhalovka. There was always a parking space, cleaning lady in the hallway was always working, keeping the place clean, not much outside noise, lot of snow in the yard and on the mountain. Furniture (chairs, couch and mat) may soon need an upgrade, but for now, it felt like our own apartment, and we loved it.

Spacious apartment, pretty well equipped.

Cons:

Apartment was super dirty - not cleaned at all. Sofa completely covered with stains and holes in it. Staff unhelpful and ignorant, dressed im sweatpamts, hoodies and flip flops and they are not even present at reception, there is just a phone number.
The worst thing and I consider it a scam: there is NO restaurant, NO pool, no SPA. Pictures on booking.com and google are false. Also dishwasher is not in apartment although it is stated that it is.

Pros:

Loved the location and the views. Even without leaving the apartment, you will enjoy a beautiful forest view and a spacious balcony. There is peace and quiet.. You are the closest to the best ski slopes.
