There other better alternatives
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was nice, and there is an elevator in the house. Overall seems like they are trying to make an effort but it's not there yet.

Cons:

Bad was terrible with a very very thin sponge as a mattress. There was lot of noise from the roommates for hours and the light were on at the corridor the entire night. Quite far from the center and very expensive to what it offers. They also asked for additional cost for leaving my luggage for a few hours. The owner is chinese and almost doesn't speak english so don't expect a response to messages sent via booking. Also, they do not lock the front door to the house at any hour and you cannot lock the room you are staying, so it is a bit alarming.

施設のスタッフは優しい方でした。

Cons:

施設の問題ではなく、Booking.コムのサイトからの予約が施設に間違って依頼され、個室の予約がドミトリー部屋になっていた

立地も、お値段も文句無し。また利用したいです。
Pros:

受付の女性の方が気さくで、色々配慮して頂きよかった。一緒の部屋の方もいい方々ばかりでした。お値段もこの時期なのに、安くてよかった。また利用したいです。

Cons:

チェックインの時間について、連絡がちゃんと出来なく、心配でした。
その部分さえやり取りがちゃんと出来ていたら、問題無いです。
