Good location and facilities very poor communication.
Pros:

Location and facilities were excellent but we had to make repeated requests to get the access information well after when we were initially told it would be supplied.

Superb
Pros:

This property was super close to the train station so it was very convenient, but a lot of the shops close super early. It was really spacious inside. There were also video games and a lot of Japanese manga books if you’re interested in that. It was easy to check in.

Cons:

I feel like the couch and carpet could have been a little cleaner. The beds were pull out cushions so they weren’t the most comfortable, but you had a lot more space if they were put away.
