Acceptable but still it had a little bit of a low-rent feel. But the price was in fact low.

Great location. The bed was good. This was a property under renovation.

Cons:

I trusted the name Wyndham but it was not up to Wyndam's name although with a bit more work it might qualify. The bathroom door was severely damaged. one of the bath tub fixtures was was usable but was technically broken. There was no carpet which was plus. The office style chair was in bad need of replacement. It had a small fridge which worked fine and was clean. They advertise breakfast but all they offered for breakfast was coffee and a two-pack of small low quality sweet-muffins. I wasn't expecting much but some people would probably not be happy. The entire city of Austin has a 19% hotel tax which is outrageous.

Toilet was plugged. Water brown.
Sink was plugged
No housekeeping to fix.
So with plunger in hang
I fixed both and sanitized
Will not be staying here…No more.
Bed uncomfortable also

Pros:

I like the fact that I wasn't rushed to check out. I know that check out is at 11, some places they come to your room at 9 to let you know to check out. which is kind of inconvenient if you're trying to sleep late.

Cons:

People love to go in and out of their rooms and slam their doors. My neighbors did that all night but that can't be controlled.
