Cozy and comfortable stay
Pros:

Cozy, safe and comfortable stay. Clean bathroom and bedroom. Great food. Very friendly staff and owner. Good ambience

It's good if toilet tissue is provided. It would be even better if hot water were also available at the washbasin

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Le Homestay est situé à 5 mn du Centre. Possibilité de manger le midi et le soir. Pas de bruit la nuit. Le propriétaire est à l’écoute de ses clients. Ils arrangent les activités à la journée, les trajets de taxi,…La nourriture est de qualité ! La terrasse est un point fort pour un logement en centre-ville. Tout est parfait.

Tres joli guest house proche du centre sans les inconvénients.. repas du soir et petits déjeuner excellents et variés..nous recommandons vivement.. le patron très aidant pour vous organiser des sorties..

Pros:

Very well maintained property. Centrally located and close to good restaurants (like Gurubhavan). The host, Mr. Biju was very accommodating and welcoming. He personally takes care of every guest.
The dinner at the property was awesome especially if you like home cooked piping hot food. I would definitely recommend that. Same was the breakfast which was covered under the room plan.
They also arranged an auto for us (Mr. Augustine) who was very friendly and took us to all the places from morning till evening. I took a day's break after driving from Bangalore to Munnar. Hence, opted for auto the next day.
Overall a very nice experience staying there. Stay was extremely comfortable.

Неожиданно отличный homestay. Персонал выше всяких похвал. Мы приехали из Кочи поздно ночью, около 3 ам, несмотря на такое время нас встретили по дороге, доехали до отеля и разместили. Комнаты со свежим ремонтом и в современном стиле. Чистота на 10/10. Очень оригинальное оформление, видно что вложено немало трудов. Завтраки очень хорошие. Если хозяева будут предлагать ужин - не отказывайтесь, не пожалеете.

Cons:

Была странная проблема с водой какое то время, то кипяток, то холодная. Но похоже это было только у нас.

Pros:

Lovely, quiet place away from the busy Munnar town centre.
Clean room, towels and bathroom facilities. Tea, coffee and a kettle were provided. There were also some refreshments available for a cost.
The owner is very polite, kind and gave us great information about what to do around Munnar.
Breakfast was nice - combination of traditional breakfast, sweets, fruits and hot drinks (coffee/tea).

Cons:

This place has great potential, however there are a few things that we believe could be better:
- the king room where we stayed had mold on the ceiling and after being out for the day, when we entered the room we could notice a strong damp smell; fortunately, we don't have any respiratory issues, however it created some discomfort overall; the owner tried to be helpful and gave us some air freshener
- music played from early morning (just after 8am) until late past 10pm; the music was chill vibes, a nice idea, but not when the speaker is attached to your room wall 😅. I would probably either delay the time and start the music later or move the speakers off the room walls.

Overall, we had a nice stay in Munnar at S&B Dreams House; we would probably recommend the place with all mentioned above.

Originelle Unterkunft mit hervorragender, individueller Betreuung in Munnar
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß, individuell gestaltet wie die gesamte Anlage.
Die Betreuung durch den Chef war ausgezeichnet. (Vorschläge und Organisation von Ausflügen, auch mit anderen Gästen). Dadurch war es einfach, mit anderen Gästen in Kontakt zu kommen.+++
Das Frühstück war gut, aber in der Auswahl ein wenig beschränkt.

Cons:

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, schade, dass es keinen Pool gab.

Worth it
Pros:

The location was very easy to access. While don't expect great scenery, the decorations and open seating area with the artificial garden were lovely. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and they even helped us celebrate our child's first birthday, arranging the party and decorations. Thank you Baiju, Sharanya, Anum, and all the welcoming staff!

Cons:

Nothing of that sort. Loved every second of my visit there.
