Horrible
Cons:

The agent was very rude, condescending and argumentative. The items in the kitchen listed as essentials did not work and I was promised that they would be labelled correctly but this was not done since Monday when I was promised. The bed side lamp didn’t work. The toilet brush was a plate brush instead.

Unbeatable value if you want a nice day out within easy walking distance.
Pros:

Great little budget place. The accommodation is fairly basic but the area has everything within a short walk,

The room was basic but clean and quiet with a bathroom next door. Kitchen was clean. Check in was easy with a key box at the front door.

Cons:

Some might struggle with the stairs to the top floor, quite steep and narrow.

Disappointing waste of money
Pros:

I appreciated the fact that there was a bed and lighting (although the lamp in the room didn’t work). The WiFi worked fine. The lock box access was also okay, although prior to check-in, I had to call the property manager to send the check-in information as, apparently, they couldn’t see my booking initially.

Cons:

I didn’t appreciate the lack of heating at the property which was only communicated to me at 9:30pm when I couldn’t safely leave the area. There was also a draft coming in from the window which made it extra cold. When I messaged the property manager, he called to say there was nothing that could be done.
Thereafter, he didn’t respond to any of my correspondence.
I also didn’t appreciate the misrepresentation that there would be a private bathroom only to see a filthy shared bathroom with pubic hair, dirt and mould. The two flights of stairs were also extremely steep (which could be a safety concern for less mobile guests), and there were people coming in and out until after 10pm which was quite disruptive. The floor was dirty in the room and the bed had hairs on it.

The place was felty overall, toilet and kitchen area was disgusting, the bed sheet wasn’t clean and blanket sheets was smelly. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
