Luxus in Laos
Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, direkt am Fluss - sehr schöner, kühler Pool. Ein absoluter Genuss nachdem man die Tempel und das Nationalmuseum besucht hat. Ein super ShuttleService. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem erreicht man alles sehr schnell. Wir können das Hotel und das Team im Hotel rundum empfehlen.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

酒店本身有一定的规模，房间大，且有阳台，前台员工都会说中文，交流方便；酒店有洗衣机+洗衣液，可以洗洗衣服；酒店的位置便是观赏湄公河落日的最佳位置，完全不需要搭乘游船，游船就是停在酒店外的江面上的。酒店提供免费的高铁接送服务，提供免费的去往香通寺、王宫等处的服务，晚上就是在夜市门口，也就是大龙焱火锅店门口接，不过需要提前在微信上讲，否则需要等，最晚不超过9点半，最早是5点半看布施。酒店附近，步行5分钟有琅勃拉邦唯一的711超市吧~~

Cons:

酒店早餐比较一般，选择不多，可能连汉庭的水平都达不到；主街到酒店这段小巷，环境有点糟糕。

The Best Hotel We've Ever Stayed At — Absolutely Incredible!
Pros:

The Relaxful Hotel in Laos has set a new bar for what a great hotel experience looks like. Our large room overlooking the Mekong River was breathtaking, and the breakfast was the best of our entire trip.
But the staff are what make this place truly special. They went above and beyond at every turn even driving us back to a restaurant when my friend forgot her phone! The free shuttle into town was a wonderful added touch.
If you're traveling through Laos, don't hesitate — this is the one. Absolutely outstanding!

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Mekong und die Aussicht auf den Fluss von unserer Suite aus war optimal und wunderschön das Personal extrem freundlich zuverlässig und was außerdem noch zu bewerten wäre ist der permanent verfügbare Bus in die Stadt als wir einchecken würde uns ein Upgrade kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt dass wir gerne in Anspruch nehmen okay

To przyjemny hotel położony blisko atrakcji, z pięknym widokiem na rzekę. Obok znajduje się doskonała restauracja, idealna na posiłek. W całym obiekcie dostępne jest bezprzewodowe Wi-Fi. Dodatkowo, oferują darmowy transport z i na lotnisko oraz do centrum miasta, w tym na stację kolejową, zapewniając wygodną i komfortową podróż.

Cons:

Niestety, często rano brakuje ciepłej wody, a w pokoju jest zimno (co jest wynikiem warunków atmosferycznych, na które niestety nikt nie ma wpływu). Mimo to, chciałbym wyrazić dużą pochwałę dla personelu za ich zaangażowanie i starania, szczególnie za sprawne dostarczenie grzejnika, który choć nie rozwiązuje wszystkich problemów, pomaga poprawić komfort gości. Doceniam ich wysiłki w trudnych warunkach.

La camera bellissima con terrazza sul fiume, la presenza della piscina e la gentilezza dello staff. Sebbene sia distante dal centro, la struttura offre un servizio navetta gratuito sia per la sera che per l’aeroporto.

Cons:

La pulizia generale è risultata insoddisfacente e non in linea con gli standard di una struttura di questo calibro. Anche i servizi complessivi non sono all’altezza della location, che altrimenti si presenta superlativa.
